Came in to grab a few lounge fly bags for my wife. Staff was very helpful and friendly, making sure i got bags that weren't scuffed or messed up, since i don't really pay attention to those things, lol, but was nice to know they go that extra little bit. Store was very clean and organized as well

Love the clothes and collectibles here. Really nice backpacks, if your planking a trip to Disney this could be a nice little place to hit before. The prices are a little on the high side so it's best to listen when they have deals so you don't spend as much.
Just a positive quick shout out to a sweetheart employee named Zion! I am shopping at the mall as I type but so physically weary so decided to just stop at my fav place in the mall - BoxLunch! It has more personality and style and they deserve as many accolades as possible! Zion was soooo sweet with his greeting and professional in sharing many sales and promotions! Zion you made my day!
Very very bad experience. Went in to buy some Christmas gifts and the employee named Monique was very unpleasant and rude. She gave this really bad attitude of not wanting to help and that she hated her job. She rushed me and I ended up leaving empty handed. This was my first experience with a very rude and bad attitude employee at BoxLunch. DO NOT ASK MONIQUE FOR ANY HELP BECAUSE SHE HATES HER JOB.
Always have great products, but pricing for the backpacks was a bit too, much especially sense a rival store across from it had the same types of bags for almost half the price compared to box lunch.
I loved the bag it was so amazing good quality the colors, the characters, and the concept of the bag was perfect.The thing is it took two weeks to be delivered to my house, it lied about when it was going to come, and it was just in California but other than that amazing.
It was a fun experience. They have a lot of great stuff. However I feel its too congested and not well organized. The customer service was amazing and I do love that you can order to store. Many places are doing away with this feature.

Stopped for dinner in Bakersfield on our way to San Jose. We enjoyed some pupusas - shrimp for hubby & loroco (squash flower) for me. The chicken tamal was very fluffy and had more of a spongy texture. The plantain empanadas were very rich and creamy
