A friend told me about this gym. I have been coming for about a year now and look forward to boxing class every week! The atmosphere and community is very friendly and encouraging. Chad designs fun class programs that get you through a great workout!
I have been attending classes for a few weeks now and love them! The environment is very comfortable, and Chad is a great teacher who leads by example and is always positive and supportive. I have now tried the Beat Box, Fit Box, and Box & Burn classes and I love them all!
Perfect place to host a party/ private event! If you haven’t tried this, I don’t know what you’re waiting for! So much fun + a killer good workout 🥊🥊 Chad is amazing! Very spacious, clean, welcoming environment. Felt incredibly empowered afterwards. Highly recommend, 10/10!
I have always been interested in boxing. There is so much to learn when beginning a new sport. Chad is an amazing coach! He takes the time to make sure your form is good and helps you move through different combinations. If you've never done boxing, it can feel silly to put on gloves and punch bags. However, the atmosphere at Box Fit is non-judgmental and laid back. Boxing is for everyone! They have kids classes and work closely with the Parkinsons community. I highly recommend checking it out. The prices are reasonable and there's a ton of different options to choose from. Hope to see you there!
Chad is a great instructor and Muffin is an excellent drill sergeant 😂. The fit box class is a great workout and fun at the same time.
Chad is extremely friendly and helpful. The classes are welcoming and give you a great workout! Everyone is very friendly. You don’t have to be a great boxer, either :) there’s room to learn! 10/10 recommend (I really like beat boxing!)
I have always wanted to try boxing but was scared. I went to my first class and it was AMAZING! Chad was very personable, friendly, and helpful. The place is huge and very clean. I highly recommend checking it out!

Great local spot that has seamlessly moved into the heart of downtown. Coffee drinks and bagels are creative and tasty. Wonderfully welcoming atmosphere, good place to do some work or chat.
One of the best coffee shops in town in my opinion. The staffs are extremely friendly and kind! The decoration was full of vibes. The foods are decent. You will feel you are away from chaos by sipping a cup of coffee.
A really nice place in the worst area. The games are really fun and seem safe and is a good place for kids! It was surprisingly clean for THIS PLACE IS HUGE. Itâs also bigger than you think; There are so many games itâs endless! It is very pricey

Absolutely love this gym. I'm a new member as of 12/23' and I'm very happy with the membership and the amenities. The steam room and sauna work very well and the overall establishment is very clean. I love the cinema cardio room, it's my happy place.
