Bowlero Roselle - Bowling alley in Roselle - 1100 W Lake St, USA

Absolutely the best bowling alley I’ve been to. I reserved a lane worried that we may have to wait after driving 2 hours for a date. I walked in and the very sweet and kind manager had my lane already setup complete with my name in big letters on the table. A totally unexpected surprise. We bowled and got some drinks, then as our 1.5 hours of bowling came to a close the manager came and gave us arcade cards (honestly not sure if they were included or she was just feeling generous). And then she gave me a thank you card. My date and I were both saying this experience has absolutely ruined other bowling alleys for us. So impressed by the friendly staff and fun environment they create. I’ve never felt so valued as a customer in a bowling alley and hope to make my way back here eventually to experience it again.

Had some family come in for a reunion & decided to make a quick pit stop @ Bowlero before dinner. The manager, Daniel was SUPERB! Treated us so well & even gave us extra time to finish our round. Great energy and incredibly welcoming, he made our experience a 10/10!! Will definitely be coming back here again!

We went there with a one and four year-old tonight and our experience couldn’t have been better. The manager, Daniel, gave us a great lane away from the leagues and went above and beyond to make the kids feel special. It was a great, family-friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

GREAT TIME! I have to say that my visit was nothing short of a fun and memorable time. We called before hand and the service desk attendant had plenty of information to give me so I knew what to expect. We did not have too much time before the leagues started and we met the Manager - DANIEL - who is by far one of coolest people to talk to. I explained we had 2 foreign exchange students from France that had never bowled before. Daniel explained he could assist in getting me a lane and that I probably wouldn't be able to finish but it's the best he could do. THANK YOU DANIEL!! Not only did you go the extra mile for us to get a lane quickly but you made a wonderful memory for 2 students who had an incredibly fun time in the U.S. You showed all of us that there's still people who take pride in helping others. We definitely look forward to being regulars. Tables and floors were cleaned immediately after guest left which was amazing. The black lights everywhere was very cool for the glow effect in the whole place. I recommend visiting this place and be sure to call or look up what specials and open bowl times are available so you know what to expect at your arrival.

We (My Wife, 2 teenagers, and myself) went to Bowlero in Roselle in the late afternoon the day before Thanksgiving. We booked the reservation online and were greeted by Daniel Bailey when we walked to the counter. He had a lane set up for us already with decorations and our last name on it in big bubbly letters. He was very friendly and even gave us an extra half hour of bowling. When we left he handed me some free coupons to come back and bowl for free. We had a great experience at Bowlero thanks to Daniel! We'll definitely be back for more bowling before the end of the year!

Last night at Bowlero in Roselle was an absolute blast! The staff there were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the get-go. We had reserved lanes for a party, and they surprised us with some fun decorations that really set the mood for a great time. The level of attentiveness from the staff was top-notch, Daniel the manager ensured that our night went smoothly and that we were having a fantastic time. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our night enjoyable. So happy we booked at this location! We'll definitely be returning for more good times at Bowlero!

I took my family bowling last Sunday and we all had a great time! drinks and food were great, honestly I will be coming back very soon! Huge thanks to Renee Knapp she’s awesome, the best manager for taking care of us!

Bowlero in Roselle has been my home lanes for over 10 years now, between the friendly staff, family environment and great oil patterns you can’t ask for a better place to bowl. 10/10!
