We came to bowlero River grove to celebrate my son's 6th birthday and let me tell you that EVERYTHING exceed my expectations. Since the moment I contacted the place, Alyssa Minton treated me in a very kind, patient and polite way. I thank her very much for explaining everything perfectly to us. The place was super clean, organized. Everything on time. Excellent atmosphere for children and adults. Delicious food! It was warm the whole time. The girl from the staff who attended us, unfortunately I don't remember her name, was super friendly throughout the party. We are very happy

Disappointed with Added Service Charges
I recently visited Bowlero River Grove and had an enjoyable time with friends. However, I left feeling disappointed due to the unexpected 18% mandatory service charge added to the drink purchase, a Modelo Tower purchase. This additional fee was not clearly communicated beforehand and came as a surprise, especially when combined with the regular tip I had already given.
While the atmosphere and entertainment at Bowlero River Grove were great, the pricing strategy regarding the mandatory service charge for drinks and food was disheartening. As a customer, transparency regarding additional charges is crucial for an enjoyable experience.
I hope Bowlero River Grove considers being more upfront about such charges in the future to ensure a more transparent and satisfactory experience for all patrons.

The pizza is good, but the bowling is great! Staff were wonderful and we had a wonderful double date night!
Hosted a party there, it was amazing. Maya & Jose were amazing. Assisted us and made sure everything was in place, and checked on us to make sure everything was okay and if we ever needed anything else.
A bit expensive but still you can drink cocktails for $30 helps. Got 4.5 games in in 2.5 hours when playing with 2 others. Appetizer sampler was tasty
