We just had a NYE family package deal at bowelero and it was AWESOME! Might be the new family tradition. Check in was easy, food was great and staff was very attentive! We had the best time. Bradley was exceptional in regards to making sure we had what we needed! Thanks for a memorable NYE
We all had such a great time here! It was SO much fun & everyone had a Blast!!! We were a bit surprised at the High prices as it is much more expensive than what the previous Bowling Alley Owner's rates were. We'll be back.. if we can take advantage of a Groupon or Special Discount, should they offer one.

Restroom filthy, I had to get my own food. Tv was not on on my lane 21: manager was not welcoming at ALL! We made the best of our time and money
We had a big party from my church. It was over 50 people. The machines kept breaking down and no one was coming to help. We were having a competition for a trophy. The staff did come when they thought it was something wrong with the payments. They also came to remind us of our time and how long we had. We all paid $25 a person to bowl and it seems like they were more worried about the parties that were coming in and getting us out of the way instead of helping us have fun and ensure that we enjoyed ourselves. Four lanes of us didn't even get to finish our game because they kept freezing and the lady was nasty when we told her. She stated she could give us five passes how is that going to help. We were made to feel so unwanted because we were Christians we just joyfully walked away. We will do it again but not at this bowling alley because we were not treated fairly.
It's a nice bowling alley with lots of lanes. You can choose "dark side" (pics) or "light side". Decent selection of balls in different weights and sizes. Shoes are not beat down and worn out, fit fine. The scoring keypad is slow to navigate so takes time to get everyone entered and start bowling. My issue was the LACK of concession options. They have a small kitchen area, but we were turned away as they were "too busy to take any more orders...." The whole place was maybe 1/3 capacity. Ok, we'll get some drinks from the bar ... yeah, nope there too. No bar tender!!?!! Uhhh... ok. It was a Sunday afternoon. Nobody to serve drinks and don't want our money at the food place.... so literally lost minimum 50-60 bux JUST from us... one lane. Kinda surprised this place stays open if they don't want easy money with food and bar sales....... funny thing is they have enough deez to put a sign on the door that says "no outside food or drink". LoL. I think next time, I'll just roll in with a cooler and portable grill and take over....
It was my first time visiting this Bowlero location. It's an impressive large building with several bowling lanes. There's arcade and other games available for the kids. The menu prices to order food was appalling! I would rather grab a bite to eat prior or after bowling. Yikes! Additionally, I was appalled the cost to play a game of bowling. I don't bowl often, but I would reconsider other options for a family activity. You can easily drop over $100 + just to bowl, and it doesn't include food or drinks. Get ready to open your wallet or swipe your platinum credit card! The facility was clean and orderly.
I had my birthday surprise outing here, planned by my roommate and another friend. According to my roommate, before my arrival, the staff was exceptionally helpful the minute she walked through the door. They offered her everything and made sure she had all she needed. Upon my arrival, they checked ever so often making sure we were having a great time. The food provided was also wonderful. This place is awesome 👏👏
