Great service. Me and my family are from out of town (D.C ) and we had a fun night. Manager was friendly and very informative. The bar wasn't open due to a makeover of the place. You can still order food and drinks though. Go on a Sunday or Tuesday night for buy 2 games get one free!
UPDATED 2023: This used to be a great place for family entertainment. Since recent corporate buy out of a smaller company, things have changed. Below is a list of changes I have experienced from going weekly since the 1990s. 1. There are no pool tables to play on at this time. There were a total of 10 pool tables at one time. There are now 2 in the place that used to be the bar. I didn't even bother to ask about prices due to the below items. 2. If you bowled in a summer league, members would get to open bowl free. That benefit has been removed. You now get 2 free games a week. 3. League Bowlers used to get a discount on bowling. This practice has changed. I have not even investigated prices due to not being able to practice since it always has black lights on. This also prevents league Bowlers from being able to prebowl. The employees will tell you to come in whenever, but in reality you can only prebowl on Sunday between 9-10 am. The employees will turn the lights off on you regardless of how close you are to being done. 4. The prices for games to be bowled range depending on what day and time you show up. It could be $6-$7 or $9-$10 per game. The prices will also change depending on days and times. Good luck trying to budget a night out. In addition, I have heard a food purchase minimum is required to bowl. 5. The arcade has been expanded, but the cost for the games are like going to another bar and arcade destination. It really isn't geared toward younger kids and getting tickets and prizes. I can also remember being able to afford to play games and save tickets to get higher priced items. 6. Three is no restaurant any longer. Do not expect the food area to take orders and deliver to your home. Trust me, you wouldn't want it anyway. The prices for the food have doubled, if not more if your not a league bowler. Example, fries are now $7 for a large....used to be about $2-4. Fountain drinks are now $6....used to be about $3-4. In addition the restaurant used to have meals and a full variety of food. Now you have a limited selection of sandwiches, pizza, wings, fries, and desserts. 7. There is no more party room. All events are at the lanes and tables are added for them to hold the ordered food. There used to be an area to store bags and shoes under tables. Now all the bags and shoes are laying around the floor for a tripping hazard. 8. There used to be runners to get your bar oder. Now you have to go to the bar, or a counter area that is supposed to be a bar and wait for your drinks. This significantly slows play as the entire place is under staffed. 9. When there are Maintenance issues with the lanes it can take 10-15 minutes to fix the issue. Then the issue will occur again in a few frames. This is extremely frustrating when trying to bowl. Customer service is a joke. The employees don't understand how to make drinks, resolve Maintenance issues, or communicate to customers. I have seen lanes start late, water on the floor, and the bathrooms only get cleaned at night. There is an obvious corporate mindset and total lack of customer service. If it isn't on their script or sheet of paper, they seem to be lost or just say they can't do it. Everyone seems to be in the dark regarding the changes and renovations. I don't think anyone is actually in control other than some CEO in some other state. They are obviously not in contact with anyone that can help you. If you want to talk to someone, good luck. There is no "contact us", and the phones go to a corporate phone tree you have to navigate to talk to try and get service.
Hosted my daughter’s birthday party there. Amazing prices. Great service and surprisingly good food!!! 5 stars definitely and will recommend to anyone for a family outing or birthday party!!!!
Lanes are good. Got the draught beer I wanted 🙂. Food is so so ...
Got to play half a game before the lane broke and didn’t just happen once happened multiple time. I had to go up to the desk 4 times before I could get a refund. Also me and all my friends got sick from this bowling alley. The new management is a lot worse go somewhere else!
Great food, great drinks! Met a friend here to watch Phillies and Sixers game……they don’t have subscription to regional sports channels. It’s supposed to be a Sports Bar. Wanted to leave more stars the staff was phenomenal 5 stars to them!
Was a fun time and a great place to visit on a rainy day. Was a bit more expensive than I would have expected though.
My wife and I had our granddaughter with us, and she enjoyed the whole experience.

The front desk staff was very nice. It was a good place for a one night stay. The location was very convenient. It was close to dining, bars and the wedding venue we went to.
