Bowlero Commack - Bowling alley in Commack - 2183 Jericho Turnpike, USA

We celebrated the holidays with a sports team of young girls. Great ambiance in the place with the lighting and TV screens. The girls had a blast bowling, the food (fast food type) set up was extensive and plenty, I'm not sure if they have a more adult type menu. Our server (name escapes me) was friendly and checked on us often. It's a really great way to celebrate with a group. The only negative comment- Men's room was in bad need of a cleaning.

It was fun, only problem we were having was the bumpers for the little ones weren't working and balls were getting stuck, after telling the staff a couple times they moved us to a different lane, but guess what, that was not working either, only one side would go up, and we had to do it manually every time, it was getting a little annoying for me the whole situation, but we had a good time.

Two huge thumbs up for Bowlero in Commack! I called last Sunday to ask about prices to reserve a couple of lanes for my son's birthday on 5/21. Brittany in the sales office gave me the run down of walk-in vs party pricing. I know there's a Groupon for Bowlero, and I considered that as well. The party price for teens was $40pp and included 2 games, shoes, unlimited food and drinks (pizza, french fries, chicken tenders, soft drinks), a $10 arcade card to use that day and a $5 gift certificate to use another day as a party favor. Comparing all prices (walk-in vs. Groupon + buying food and arcade for all kids vs. party package), the party package was a no brainer. We had our own attendant, Sean, who was an absolute doll. He got a long with all the kids and was so sweet. The food and drinks never ran out. He took the ice cream cake and saucers right away to store in the freezer. I forgot candles and he brought them out. He was so good, I tried recruiting him to work for me at College Hunks 🤣. The kids had an absolute blast bowling. There were 8 teens plus my 12 yr old, and my fiance's 9 and 6 yr olds. The manager, Mike, came over towards the end of the party with a card for Aidan with free bowling passes and an arcade card in there for him. Then he asked if Aidan had siblings and I said yes, these 3. He ran off and grabbed bowling passes and arcade cards for them so they "wouldn't feel left out". Now THAT is customer service!! I highly recommend having a party at Bowlero. Start by calling Brittany to plan your party.They do all kinds of parties, from birthdays of all ages to corporate parties. This was the most easy breezy party I've ever had and it was all booked a week before.

My daughter had her 4th birthday party here on Sunday. I was beyond satisfied with amazing everything went. From the planning with their back offices to the day of, Bowlero ensured that all my needs were met. Debbie who was our planner on the day of was beyond amazing. I had no idea that there would be a decorative setup for my daughters birthday. I was so taken back when I walked in and saw how beautiful everything looked. Debbie, Matt (I believe that's his name; he's the manager) & Mike all ensured everything that day went without a hitch. The food was amazing!! All my guests were coming up to me saying how good the food was and how beautiful everything looked. Thank you Bowerlo of Commack for making my daughters birthday so special. You guys truly went above and beyond!!!

What a great time we had! Best chicken fingers I ever had! Wait staff was always around and did an amazing job! Awesome atmosphere, good music , can't wait to go back

The staff at bowlero in Commack turned my sons birthday into a magical night! The fire alarms went off multiple times durning the evening by chance and the staff including Sean Nelson , Larry M., Jared W., Maria M., Made my sons hectic night turn into a fabulous 4th birthday regardless of the situation. Everyone was professional, caring, fun, energetic, and turned the night into something fun and exciting. I had my daughters 5th birthday party here in September and they made this birthday in October a night to remember. It’s always a great time here, clean, great food, and great service. Thank you bowlero we will be back To celebrate with our friends and family!

First time visiting this location with my son to enjoy some bowling. The ambiance is great with a sports bar theme for adults with the super large screens showing games and great for kids with the automatic bumpers and arcade section. The food service is also worth mentioning as the service was fast and the food was better than you’d expect at a bowling alley. I’m giving this spot three stars for two reasons. First, the price. Now I know it’s gonna cost over $100 for three people to bowl for an hour (2 games) even though you reserve a lane for 2 hours. With prices like that I’d expect to bowl as many games as we can for the two hours we reserved. second reason is how nasty the Mens room was at this location. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for multiple days. Just dried urine all over the urinals and floor. thankfully we brought hand sanitizer to use after using the facilities there. overall, we enjoyed the experience. My son had fun which is what matters most. If we ever return hopefully the bathrooms are cleaner.
