Bourbon Street Sports Bar - Sports bar in Las Vegas - , USA

Came in to grab a bite, a drink and watch the game. The woman at the counter informed us that they didn’t serve food and only had an air fryer in the kitchen. We asked if we could bring in some food from outside and she said yes. We went and grabbed some food from Subway and returned. After eating we planned on ordering drinks. She approached us loud and disrespectfully and said you can’t eat outside food in here. We were confused and caught off guard because she just said we could before we came back. She started talking to us very disrespectful and I tried to calm her down by saying she didn’t have to approach us like that we can talk without the aggressive attitude and she kept going. She was threatning to call security. We came to pass time by grabbing a meal and a drink or two and she ruined that! We left agitated and frustrated. The place was dead, and I see why!!! If I could rate it a zero I would.

No food at this location , terrible service. Rude woman working the front counter. She needs some customer service training. I’ll never come back to this location, she’s very disrespectful. If you hate your job you should quit!!!

I don't think I've ever seen anyone win here I know I haven't ever. I won't be going back here. It like they r trying be like Dotty's but you can't play there games at all. It's a big fat PASADE

Good little off the strip location to come and gamble and chill with some friends. Drinks are reasonably priced, and have some tables to play pool at. Couches to sit and watch sports or drink. Really good bartenders!

Nice Local Bar with a New Orleans vibe. Nice place, will be going back. Staff is friendly.

Let me start by honoring the hard work and outstanding customer service these employees give every day at Bourbon Street, Sahara/Paradise. Now, I know personally, customers feedback/reviews are a big part of a successful business because it is key to progressing in areas some may feel needs work. The truth is, this location is a wild card every day, you never know what comes thru those doors! But.... the employees, especially Franky and Jenn, can take any situation and know exactly how to handle business. Always interacting with guest while maintaining a positive vibe. It gets crazy sometimes but they know how to keep it a safe, comfortable and fun atmosphere. It's a clean, kick back place. I am here 4-5 times a week and I love it- wings and fries are good and a good selection of alcohol and beer.

Good place to come gamble and drink. There's also a pool table

Machine was a lil tight,but the staff was all the 100 and all around cooler than cool
