An absolutely amazing restaurant! Pedro provided great service that was commensurate with the quality of the food. Fantastic selection of bourbon and liquors and wines. The steak was cooked perfectly, the scallops and salmon were also spot on. The grilled octopus is a must try on the appetizer menu.

Our waitress Darby was amazing as well as her helper. The drinks that were recommended were very good and the food was fantastic. The steaks were cooked as requested and didn’t need seasoning but the flambé was a fun and delicious touch. The appetizers and sides were all great as well. Overall great experience for the high prices.

What an amazing upscale treat. Went with my family and was impressed with the impeccable service and atmosphere. Ordered several appetizers and cocktails. The devils cut hot rock (Waygu beef) was a real winner! Pesto shrimp was also a big hit! A must visit!

We had a great anniversary dinner there. Chris was a great server. We had the Chilean sea bass and scallops. Both were excellent. They gave us a Bourbon cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a pleasant surprise. The cake was delicious, one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this restaurant. My only complaint was the noise level; we had to talk very loud in order to hear each other across the booth.

I have been to this location several times and the food and service are always Top Tier. We were celebrating my Sister's Birthday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will say that I prefer to sit in the back booths as it is a little quieter than the front. I always feel like I'm yelling across the table to have conversation when sitting in the front because it is a little loud. But all in all very intimate and the staff always make sure you are happy! Forgot to get a pic of the drinks but the Monsoon Margarita is amazing! Bon Appétit!

We’ve had dinner here twice and really enjoyed our meals both times. Reservations are encouraged but both times we visited we were able to get seated at the bar and had great dinner service. We’ve tried the bone marrow, oysters, sea bass, and filet minion, all perfectly prepared and delicious. Their cocktails are some of my favorite in the valley, I love their espresso martinis! The service is always on point and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Perfect spot for a date night or business dinner.

Bourbon and bones has amazing service and atmosphere. Unfortunately we had to send back 3 items it was crazy. I am not a person who sends food back :/ it made us super uncomfortable. We ordered a rack of lamb cooked medium and it came out extremely over cooked no pink. They said they would come out with another rack cooked medium. It took one minute to come out with another plate of lamb and they explained someone else sent this back and we hope it’s cooked right for you guys. WHAT PLACE SERVES FOOD THAT HAS BEEN ALREADY SENT BACK!!!! Decided it was just best to order a rib eye MEDIUM!!! Thought they wouldn’t be able to mess this up as it is a chop house. LOOK AT THE PHOTO OF THE RIB-EYE!! I am not even sure if this would be considered cooked rare. The steak looks fleshy. We were baffled and shocked by our experience. I hope they can make changes because the service was amazing and the atmosphere is super cool!! They did take all items sent back off our bill. At an $80 price point this is not acceptable food. Maybe an off night? Not sure :/

A family share style restaurant. Steaks are the menu. Great for special occasions. Unless you are going for just drinks and or appy’s be prepared to spend $$$$ It’s quite the experience. I had the Prime Rib and it was SO good!
