Definitely one of the best playgrounds for kids. There’s a creek. A Narnia inspired trail.
A golf disc course. Boat and kayak rentals. All of this inside of the state park.
We were just travelling from OH going to Gatlinburg and we've come across with these boundless playground, very nice and clean. It has bathrooms, plenty of parking spaces, and it's FREE. It has a nice view of the lake. There is also a trail to the Tree House. I can guarantee you, your kids will enjoy this playgound for sure and they won't stop playing just like ours. :)
I took my four children after the loss of my husband, Shannon Dunford today. It was difficult because we all used to go and spend our family time here and we enjoyed each other's company during this time. It's only been 7 to 8 days since his passing, and it was very difficult for me.
Highly recommend! This park is very accessible and Narnia themed! As a Narnia lover, this was amazing. So many fun gadgets and toys. Wish we lived close enough to come here more often!
I don't have kids, but I enjoy walking my two dogs around this little Narnia-themed park. I just rescued a little Chihuahua/Corgi mix and I'm trying to get him used to children. This was a great place to take him because they also have props and statues. Letting him see all these things with my other dog (who is well-adjusted) helps him learn and become less anxious. He sees she isn't afraid and that gives him courage to explore and come to the same conclusion.
If I had really young kids, I would definitely take them here. I'm an ex-child myself, and I think it looks awesome!
Great place to visit for a walk with your family and/or dog, a picnic, or fun time on the water. I really enjoy seeing the wildlife in the area, too.
The best playground! So much fun. It has the best equipment so many areas for different ages. There is a beautiful stream & so many trees. No pets are allowed & parking is a bit scattered.
This park is amazing.
A parents dream come true to just let them run & play with so many options - for a broad range of ages.
My 3&5 year girls loved it & cried when we left after 2 hours.
It was a bit much for some of the climbing for my 3 year old, but otherwise no issues.
Highly recommended, this was a great find!
