We had a great time celebrating my little guys 3rd birthday! The price was great and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

I booked a booth for a birthday party, but when we got there there was a leak from the roof so the carpet was wet. Overall, the kiddos had a good time bouncing and playing. Friendly employees. I definitely recommend taking your kids here.

My kids loved their birthday party here. More affordable than most around and you can bring your own food and drink for your party. Staff was friendly and attentive

Very disappointed in how I was treated after an incident occurred at my 5 year olds birthday party where a boy exposed himself in one of the bounce houses which 7 children from my party witnessed. Children and parents were highly upset and expressing discomfort because of this. I lost 45 minutes of play time because most of my party did not feel comfort returning to play area. When I talked to management about a partial refund for the play time lost, I was only offered an extra 30 minutes on my party and gift cards. Basically, the staff wanted me to force a group of 4-6 year olds to go play somewhere they were visibly uncomfortable, which I refused to do. When I expressed how inappropriate it would be to make the children go play, the staff then pushed gift cards which I also declined because I live 2 hours away in Ohio and would likely never return to this establishment. After explaining this, staff basically told me oh well, that’s all we got and have been ignoring my emails, dodging my calls, and refusing to provide information for higher up management to further discuss. I’m very upset and bothered by this distasteful experience.

We had my son's birthday party here and it was such a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone who came had a good time. The place is kept clean. The kids really enjoy playing on all the inflatables and free arcade games.

I had a phenomenal time. I am a Plus Size lady . I got To play on the bones houses. for family get together's birthday parties. I went there for a birthday party . The cubicle area was a nice size. They gave you a tables Countertop nice eyes garbage can. And they let us decorate and they took it down Period. It was fabulous thank you

I mean the kids liked it but it's dark and cold in there, there's always at least 5 games that don't work and the amount of tickets you need for the dollar store prizes and candy is ridiculous. $5 for 10 coins is just sad.

If i could leave 0 stars i would! My kids were there for a birthday party and they witnessed a teenage boy with his pants down playing with his private parts! Not Only did they not give the birthday party host a refund; they did nothing to rectify the situation. My 6 year old and 4 year old was traumatized and uncomfortable that they made it very clear that they never wanted to come back again. The workers should be ashamed of themselves.
