I’m rating 1 star for the 2 hour time limit.
And the packages are misleading and cashier that serviced us didn’t help at all.
We came on a weekend, so maybe weekday is different
I recommend choosing the right package and take your time choosing the right one, because the cashier will not help you but rather make sales.
We asked to explain to us what was the adult pass for and she didn’t explain it to us well and just wanted to sell the most expensive package.
We got the gold package that is with bumper cars, and laser tag plus the other attractions.
But with this package you can only go once at the bumper car and laser tag. That’s a big robbery to me.
My daughter enjoyed the bumper cars and trampoline, obstacle course and wall climbing.
Bring your own water bottle, they have water fountain by the rest too area. We didn’t buy anything from their snack bar.
They should have seats or benches where parents can seat by the climbing area where parents can watch and see their kids. Or anywhere they have attraction, there should e benches/chairs. Although they have table and chairs by the trampoline side and the bumper cars side.
The laser tag has its schedule so pay attention with the time. Not sure if all customers are only allowed 2 hours to stay there.
Will we return if we are in the area? Big No.
We were invited to a birthday party and decided to go, we were the 1st ones there but we're able to go in and check in. We went to the assigned party room and could have left our personal items, but decided not to. We went roaming. The facilities are fantastic, lots of stuff for kids to do. There is a snack bar and a drink nook (bar)
It was not a good experience for me. I went with the Special Services for a trip. The staff there were great and kindly explained the rules for different areas. I, somehow, did not have a good time because something happened at the bouncing area, although I notified an adult immediately because I knew the precaution ahead of time. During lunchtime, I started to get panic attacks from happened earlier that time. My counselor was nice enough to walk with me and do some deep breaths, and I did have a talk with the director! Overall, I was okay. I don't know if I'll come here again. Thank you to the staff that quickly responded to a horrific situation.
Great place for kids of different ages to enjoy! I organised a birthday party for my daughter there. All the kids enjoyed so so much.. age range is from 2-11 years. They have fun activities for all age groups. Food was very delicious as well.. the staffs are well trained and very courteous..definitely recommend this place.
This place is huge! I think price is high, however it has a LOT of things to do! Parties are expensive, there is an extra charge for everything. Weekends are packed and they’re definitely understaffed. If your child is young and is attending a party make sure you stay with at all times.
Kids had a blast parking was hectic and tight. Don't bring a big car. Went on a Saturday and it was PACKED. still good for the kids though
Went on a Sunday when it was 8 degrees out. I figured it would be a nice place to take the kids on a cold snowy day hoping it wouldn't be too crowded due to the weather. Wrong. $60 per child for 2 hours of play and this place was packed tight. You couldn't take 3 steps.withojt running into a parent, running kids or a stroller. Top that off with coughing and sneezing, the whole place was a giant petri-dish of germs just brewing together under one roof. What gives this place 4 stars? The staff. Very polite and friendly and more often than not that's what makes all the difference.
The place is big and nice, but to me, paying $55 per child then ending up buying cards for them to play other games inside is somewhat expensive. Expect to pay $75- $100 per child. A plate of French fries, popcorn, or ice cream is $6 each, and 16" pizza is $20. You are bound to buy the kids' food to have them fully enjoy the day. They have a parking lot. The day we went there was not many people so the parking lot wasn't full.
