DO NOT COME HERE. ROOMS ARE TRASH. PEOPLE ITS UGLY OMG. THE WHOLE MOTEL SHAKES WHEN A TRUCK PASS BY, it’s dirty, smells. U can hear what others do, omg please honestly do not come here. Door was open the whole time. It never closed, lock was not good. They did not have me another room it’s totally discgusting and the charger me 165 in a Wednesday. I will never ever recommend this trashy place. So disgusting. People smoking weed and Tina here

BED BUGSS!! No refund either. Scary motel. Some of the doors have a hard time opening with the key they give you.. which is scary for a girl alone. But a lot of homeless people stay there. Crazy’s too. Honestly wish they can refund me for the night because they were so rude about it and not even considering the fact this lead me to urgent care for an ointment. I’m getting my lawyers involved for sure . Already made a complaint to 311. && the parking there is limited so get there early.

Just giving you some tips,hope they help. Decent spot! They do walk ins! I prefer calling in my personal opinion. No children allowed. So any families looking for shelter it's best to go to PATH. They accept debit,credit,and cash.Room clean. Although if I can say they should wipe the mirror from the previous booking.

I've comin comin here for years and this place is getting worse. The rooms smell horrible. They don't have amenities like they used too. The TV quality is poor. They didn't even have a mirror except the bathroom. The lighting is horrible and couldn't do my makeup properly. This place is so overpriced. I paid 130 for one night!!!! They shouldn't charge more than $80. This place is goin to shitz.

I stayed at Pan Am for 2 nights and moved to Boulevard for 1 night. I wasn't thrilled with my experience at Pan Am with the price I was paying so I figured the $30/night difference(actually, $95 includes all taxes for an overnight stay at Boulevard so the savings is significantly more) would be worth it. I was so wrong. I've stayed in many a modest motel room but all I could think of when I entered the room was, "OMG, this is the skeeziest room I've ever seen" The "long visit" and "short visit" policy posted in the manager office confused me but it soon made perfect sense. ||I was tired and too afraid to go outside and look for another place so I hunkered down in this room for the night. Though the bathroom smelled of bleach, the grout in the bathtub shower was frightful. I didn't take a shower. There was a plastic sheet underneath the bed sheet which creeped me out, but I later appreciated it because a) no mystery liquids from previous stays; b) no bedbugs could live on a plastic sheet. It was rather unpleasant waking up with a sweaty leg or back from sleeping on a thin sheet on top of a plastic sheet. The bed was uncomfortable, my back ached the next day. ||The furniture was quite beat up and the curious smudges on the mirrored wall opposite the bed was disturbing. My comforter had a large hole in it and after staying one night, all my clothes smelled like cigarettes. It was an incredibly depressing room. ||With all these negatives said, I would have to say, the manager I dealt with was a good guy just trying to make a living. I had come by that morning asking about room availability and he promised me there'll be a room for me when I checked in later in the day. He gave me a quiet room at the end of the hall. There was 2 additional locks, including a deadbolt, to the swipe card key. Strangely, the swipecard key at Boulevard worked much, much better than the one at Pan Am. ||So though the room was horrifying, the management seemed like someone I could trust. There were cameras everywhere so if something did happen, management would see it. I don't think I'd stay there again, but if I'm between a rock and a hard place and just needed one night, I might think long and hard. But for a little more, I'd go to Pan Am.|

If i could give it half star i would. The guy in front desk is in lala land , i was charged 178 dollars for a 55 dollar room. I called back to inquire, they cant find my record. I gave them the room number and have no trace of me being there , pay cash if you do go. Other than that its an ok place if u cant find another alternative.

Awesome Hotel!!!!!! Cheap, but not ratchet!!! Beds here are huge! Nice Flat screen Tv's.... ( never got the chance to check out the cable channels). Short Stay - $45 for 4 hours $15 for every after the initial $45. Overnight - Never got the actual price, maybe $100, maybe $110. Not to sure

It's one scary old place to go to. I wonder why they never renovated the place. It's along queens blvd and should be a nice spot to have this business. Looked very dirty. The sheets looked really thin and worn out. I am very scared to even walk along this area since the place is very dirty.
