Stayed many times. Older but very clean . Operated by the owners . Nice people close to downtown . I don't care if everything is'nt new. It's clean & quiet with comfortable beds . Like I said stayed many times will stay again. For the price it's good deal

One of my favorite small motels in town! The rooms are nice and clean. Plenty of room, they don't feel crammed. The staff is so caring and sweet and genuinely care about their guests and their stay. They both live on site and like I said, care about the goings on at their property. No trouble makers allowed and it feels safer than most of downtown does. Also, only a 2min drive to Interstate 90 and maybe 10minutes tops to Spokane International Airport. All in all, a great place to stay while visiting Spokane and I will always recommend the Boulevard Motel!

The room was extraordinarily clean, considering the location and the price. The cost was very reasonable. I would go there again and refer others to stay there.

I like how quiet it is, it's a nice chill place to be away from everyone for a quiet night, I also like how they have mini fridges and microwaves in the rooms. They have nice sized rooms, a nice big bathroom comparatively to other motels of similar quality. They have smoking rooms available which is a nice option, and don't have to deal with demagnetizing a key card because they still have the regular old fashioned locks, but considering that fact, you can only get one key and if you lose it I'm sure it's a big charge, also we were told no visitors or pets at all. And they take their towels very seriously, we were warned if towels are missing or stained they charge to replace them. The price was a little bit more than motel 6 but if you want a peaceful night it would be worth the difference.

Great motel ran by extremely hard working and nice folks. The room was very clean and the place was quiet. We stayed three nights after a cross country trip and was just exactly what we needed. Next time we visit Spokane I will definitely stay here again.

Owners are so rude! This place was spur of the moment and my friend needed somewhere quick and cheap to stay. There are NO amenities whatsoever and Motel 6 would have been better. They don't take debit cards over the phone and their interpersonal skill could be improved GREATLY!!!

The place was clean, spacious room and bathroom. The microwave and fridge worked and had all the good cable channels. The place had a real home like feel. I was impressed, it's a real good place to stay.

Good location right off sunset highway. Super clean room and allowed me to check in super late. Nice big bed, clean bathrooms, and affordable rates. Most importantly, they had a bunch of different HBO channels which for some reason a lot of motels stopped offering. I don't watch a lot of tv but throwing something on in the background before sleeping, hbo is the best.
