These reviews make no sense me. I needed to get away from everyday stresses, so I went on line, booked a king jacuzzi room and a few hours later, I checked into my room. The only trouble I encountered was the rate didn't match what I booked online, it was more expensive when I checked in, but it wasn't a problem at all because the guy at the desk made it all work out for the price I had already paid. I was a little nervous on what to expect because the last time I escaped to a jacuzzi room ( which was a 5 star hotel! ) no cleaner on duty there,, had to clean the jacuzzi out myself! it was so horrible I checked out that same night. But when I opened the door here, I was impressed, the room was clean, way more than I expected for a motel in the Buffalo area, the jacuzzi was clean!! And it has an overall good atmosphere in the room. When I turned the jacuzzi on there must have been something left over in the drain so I went to the office and told the guy and he got the custodian over immediately. He came and cleaned it up and George (his name) went above and beyond to clean it and make sure we had everything we needed before he left the room. I had the best sleep here I've had in over a year...it was so peaceful and relaxing that I asked the office guy if I could book another night in the same room. So I did effortlessly and what made it more awesome is that he gave it to me at the same rate I paid the previous day and that made me smile big! So despite these other reviews, I would recommend this motel again and again. And I will be making all my future escapes here.

OMG To clarify I am a world traveler who likes to save money on motels as I am not there most of the time. Look for cleanliness and safety. In all honesty, travelers are the rarity here. It is obvious it is a hotel where folks wait to be re-housed by the government. The school bus stops here. Residents sit outside smoking all day. The SMELL in the room was horrific A smoking room would have smelled better...cleaner, bug spray...got worse when AC was turned on. I had to go to Target and get a room essential oil dispenser to calm the stench as I was not in a position to start looking for another placer to stay. The refrigerator leaked/defrosted onto the carpet which I suspect had black mold as I had an allergy attack after many years of none. The rubber around the refrig door was covered in black mold. The sheets had little holes in them. The bathroom door would not close as the lock had been removed so you had to use shoes to keep the door from opening /privacy. On the third day I asked if they would vacuum empty my garbage and give me some clean towels. The lady owner was nasty and said I should have asked for service!!! I left for a meeting God only knows how many hours passed before I got the towel. No extra toilet paper. There was no clock. But the smell was the worst. Our toilet overflowed not due to anything we "did"...the son came with a swifter (!!) to clean the mess after 1 hour when we told him we had to get cleaned for a meeting. Who uses a swifter for water spills? We asked for a mop to do ourselves and he said no he had to use the swifter. That night my husband asked for towels as we wanted to reshower and they said NO ..not until the am....they had used ours to clean up the water on the floor! I took it with a grain of salt when other reviewers said the place should be condemned...thinking they were picky....not at all as it turned out...they were spot on...It was just plain awful. They need to be more accountable. I had booked from booking.com and when I called they just said it did not have a high rating. Could not have cared less. Stay away from this place. And try not to be upset about the money they are probably raking in from taking on people without homes.

Absolutely HORRIBLE stay! As soon as I got there to check out my room I was standing in the bathroom and next thing you know I hear someone walk in saying how it’s a nice room. Ok 1 all the rooms look the same 2 why is a Random stranger walking into my room? Also said he was looking for someone named George I’m guessing the housekeepers. I left came back a few hours later started the jacuzzi up and it didn’t work so I call the office they tell me that they’ll call me back, waited 20 minutes they didn’t call back I call back they answer right away telling me they’re waiting on maintenance I ask them if I can get a refund they say if I am able to it will not be the whole thing mind you I’ve only been here 25 minutes total between getting my room key and coming back to enjoy the jacuzzi. Finally I end up leaving come back in the morning to bring them they’re key and see what I can do for a refund and I get $30 back out of $165!! Oh and let’s not mention they just make up any prices they want one time it was 150 then it was 165 then 170!! I definitely don’t recommend at all if I can give them a -100 I would!!

I reserved a jacuzzi room for 2 days. When I arrived the fridge was dirty the bathroom sink and the jacuzzi did not work. Later on i got locked out my room the manager was not where to be found. I left my number no response don't waste your time or money like I did. Need to call the Better Business Bureau

Worst motel ever! Should have know when they asked for cash at check in, no card required. The sheets were clean, duvet was questionable. I had to clean the entire room after I saw my 2 year old's feet. Every horizontal surface, literally. Thankfully they don't have my card number because I used all their towels to clean. Stay away!

“My stay was horrible “ I can’t even rate it , -19 was a star that’s the number I would give this motel. 1. Upon arrival front desk person acted like he was doing my a favor by providing a room. 2. Walked into the room it was scary walls and door not clean . Brown drippings on the wall. Old worn out furniture, room was not vacuumed. 3. Loud talking outside my room and continuous knocking for folks in the next room. Every 15 minutes. 4.left 3 hours into my stay just couldn’t take it anymore. 5. Called the hotel when I arrived home and they said, money not refundable. I wasn’t looking for the money . Actually looking for an apology for the bad service. I know it a motel which there are probably gonna be loud talking and knocking at doors. But every 10- 15 minutes was too much.

Worst Experience Ever. Overpriced Rooms. I would never pay even $10 for it & stay. We stayed in a room which was like smoking zone area. They did not even sprayed the room before we entered. Beds, furniture, walls, door everything was in its worst condition. Very very very dirty. We paid $122 on sat labor day weekend. This is clearly a loot from Boulevard Inn. I would never ever recommend others. I have provided honest review. Management should understand customers expectation. They should be reported to health department for providing unhealthy environment to customers. Take Care. Bye.

Very nasty bug infested room. There were bugs crawling on the furniture and on me. Went to management to get a new room they stated that there is bugs everywhere. Moved us to a different room where there was a maggot crawling on the floor. The sheets are hard and had cigarette burns. It also had something white stained on the cover. The shower was dirty it was ashes in the drawers. Couldn't use the fridge it was overly frozen. Im ean just overall terrible and the management doesn't care. They won't refund you your money. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD BE CALLED ON THEM AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
