You know the panic when your phone suddenly dies and you can’t access any of your data, photos, contacts, calendar events, meetings and appointments? Who do you call after you try everything and can’t retrieve your data, you buy another phone and it won’t sync data with your previous phone? Thankfully, I called Boulder Tech Support and Sal listened carefully, was patient and extremely knowledgeable with iPhones, and met with me right away. His professionalism, expertise and logical demeanor calmed my mind. Several folks at Apple had said because my old phone wouldn’t update or respond at all I would need to “restore” it, which would’ve wiped out all my data. Fortunately, that’s when I called Sal and he worked wonders to get my old phone working fine ( for a very fair price) and taught me some new tips & tricks on my new one! He truly turned a horrible experience into a very positive outcome! I highly recommend this company for data recovery!

Someone gave me a very nice, slightly old, but mostly unused Canon Pixma printer to replace my old, belly up Epson. After hours of trying to get the Canon to print, I gave up and had the good fortune to randomly select and call Boulder Tech Support. On a Friday at 5:15 p.m. Sal actually picked up the phone! After spending quite some time talking through some possible causes of my problem, he left me with a more educated list of things to try, saying to call him back if I had any problems. No luck for me. I called him back, and he sent me helpful videos and gave me other things to look for. The simplest of those was my problem.....bingo! It would have taken me much longer to figure it out (or not) on my own. These deskjet printers are rarely worth fixing, and he was willing to take a look at mine out of the goodness of his heart. I now know where I'm going whenever I have computer issues, and I highly recommend that you do the same. Awesome service here!
