The staff is super welcoming! Nice atmosphere. There is a shop adjoining the coffee shop. The coffee and tea were excellent. The seating is a bit limited and some additional seats are in the shopping area. The food was okay. I wish the food descriptions included all the ingredients. The onions on the wrap were really strong and over powered the flavor and weren’t listed as ingredients on the Vegan wrap.
Overall I would go back and would ask more questions about the food ingredients.
This is such a lovely coffee shop I can see why it is so popular. I ran into them at the farmers market and got excited to see them. During my initial encounter I experienced quite a long wait to which I was told there were unusual register problems that day so I left without trying anything. During my return visit, I was promptly greeted by friendly staff and even the owner. The pumpkin spice latte was smooth and delicious. The pumpkin loaf was moist and tasty. It’s wonderful that they have dairy alternatives like oat milk. It has a lovely atmosphere that would make it a great place to sit with friends or work/study.
Such a fun change of pace when it comes to the local selection of coffee. This is exactly what Starbucks pretends it wants to be like while strangling their employees for all they’re worth. I just want to say above all else, the people working were an absolute delight. As far as I could tell, everyone seemed happy just to be at work and like they were being treated fairly. And that’s really what matters, if the employees are happy, the service is good and the customers are happy. And this customer is over the moon about this place. Incredible coffee, immersive atmosphere where I find myself hanging around longer than I ever intended to, and a wonderful staff of people. Couldn’t recommend this place any more strongly. In all my 37 years of drinking coffee, this is the place to be.
Such a great coffee house on the mainland side of NSB. The coffee is smooth and sweet and great care goes into each cup. Botanical House roasts their own with a Bellwether roaster and brews with a Slayer espresso machine which is one of best machines. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing which is nice to be able to sit down and have a conversation.
Came here on a Sunday morning to study. Usually go to foxtail or copper line, sometimes even Starbucks. I will never go to those places again. Bontanical House is perfection. It was busy this morning when I first arrived, the crew behind the counter breezed through effortlessly. I ordered a sandwich on GLUTEN FREE BREAD! I am never able to eat at coffee shops, no one ever has GF bread. Ordered plain iced latte, truly a great tasting coffee. Ambience and decor really cute. They have a little seating alcove which is great for studying, really nicely laid out seating areas. Great spot. Highly recommend
This place must be a local secret. Cutest coffee shop I've gone to. Their coffee tasted great ( I got an americano so there was nothing for it to hide behind) and they offer coffee iced cubes for the iced coffee drinks. They have many fun, special flavor drinks (coffee and non-coffee) like hibiscus lemonda or a spiced orange latte. For food, they have a small selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads and baked goods. I got the Dijon Joker salad and added chicken. It came with a savory granola and amazing honey mustard dressing.
Within the coffee shop they have a shop selling all kinds of plants, candles, shirts, soaps, lotions and many other items. One thing that stood out was an essential oil perfume called "Florida in a Bottle". OMG its the most delicious scent. If it wasn't so pricey I would have bought it ($72).
Give this place a try if you want good coffee and a nice place to sit and enjoy it.
Perfect hole in the wall coffee shop with an urban chic vibe to it. Coming from NYC and having access to so many little coffee shops I’m extremely grateful to finally find an authentic coffee shop close to home. Prices are reasonable and you can get a banging Bacon, Egg and Cheese which is truly a NY classic.

They have the best coffee/ lattes, and offer 24oz sizes. I typically study at Copperline or Starbucks and I will forever pick Botanical House now. I usually get the Dancing Queen, and this morning I tried their Lox Bagel and fell in love. They also have amazing cookies and protein balls.
Sitting here to study is so calming. I wish they had more tables but I’m not complaining because it encourages me to get here early enough to get a table. The employees are so friendly and fun to talk to.
Amazing prices, amazing coffee, amazing ambience- I hope they are able to expand more, I wish them the best ♥️
Lastly, they have vegan options!! 🌱 And house made vegan ranch that you can purchase by the bottle.
