The owners are evil! They are truly ugly mean money-hungry people with the most run-down trashy hotel this hotel is unkept they have bed bugs, 🪲 the owner thinks he can talk to you any kind of way, they yell at people, and turn u down for toilet paper in the middle of the night. Stay as far away as you can from this place.

Wish there was a negative rating:!! The clerk at front is a "real NASTY, ANGRY Biotch" (hated her job, living there, Americans?!), wouldn't give change for soda machines, and told me to leave front office when I asked for soap and toilet paper--said they were out! We couldn't get clean towels, soap, toilet paper--normal amenities you receive at any hotel/motel, and OUTRAGEOUSLY priced at $400-- deposit was not refunded (except $10 for room key returned out of $25), but room was cleaner when we left. The commode seat was broke/half off and wouldn't flush--wouldn't allow us to switch rooms-- stove didn't work, AND MORE. TRUE DIVE!!!!!

Pray you don't have a relative at this location that you're trying to contact in an emergency. They simply state no one is there, tell you that you're calling a wrong number, and then ignore your calls. Even though the number was confirmed as accurate by the neighboring hotel.

This motel is fairly quiet and clean. Fast and easy check it. Nothing fancy by any means. Just the basics. Clean comfortable bed, clean floors and bathroom, and a nice large refrigerator. Large flat screen TV. The shower head really sucked. Bring your own if you want a good shower..

Called this place and verified available rooms, prices for 1 night and for a week. Pull up 5 minutes later, tell them i have a service dog with me and all of the sudden no rooms available. Minutes of arguing and oh we do have a room but it's a double and it's $40 more per night than i was just quoted over the phone. Skip this place folks, unless liars and cheats are your kind of people.

Nothing fancy but it does the job. I opened the fridge to put our drinks and found the previous persons dinner. They should clean better. Before paying I asked if I could see the room beforehand and the lady upfront just stared at me and said no. Only place that had availability on such short notice so we really didn't have another option.

Only reason 3 star service is the Mrs. isn't real friendly but Mr Jimmy is real down to earth and friendly.... It's quite, clean, clean bug free comfortable beds and just a few miles from Galveston beaches so all in all I gave them a 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Is there a negative setting? I told the owners relative, wife maybe, that the shower did not work, she put on this demeanor of ' we had someone in it yesterday it worked" I repeated it did not work she said okay and turned to leave. I stated I did not pay to have no shower, she said manager was not there. I stated I want a refund or credit on a next stay that i had been planning on staying once or twice a week.....she said manager was out of town.since I am in the area weekly I will stop back by for a more positive resolution. She was in the room attempting to get the shower to work with no success, I verbally confirmed with her that it was indeed not working and she agreed.
