Probably the most incompetent help center I’ve ever visited. My computer kept freezing and they couldn’t do anything about it. I was eventually able to fix it myself but as a not tech savvy person I would’ve expected those at an IT help center to be more knowledgeable than me.

BU Infosec just sent me an email about my account. The last time I interacted with the BU system was in 2009, so they still have 14 year old accounts around. I can't say anything else about their service but this should be enough to frighten most. The kicker is that I am an IT professional so I know exactly how bad this is. Bad enough that I came to Google to send a warning.

Recently I was unable to access duo mobile because I changed phone numbers. Whoever decided that BU should use duo should speak to a specialist in brain development because there’s clearly something wrong with them. The people were helpful but of course the link they sent me to track the process of regaining access to my email, Google docs, grades, schedule, etc. required me to login to duo.
