Boston Convention and Exhibition Center - Convention center in Boston - 415 Summer Street, USA

Came here for the inbound event for Hubspot. This centre is huge. Even with attending here for four days straight, I doubt I got to see everything, there’s just so much to take in. I love the options of inside and outside places for the event, And the big open space makes it feel grand. Would highly recommend having your event here if you got the chance and you could afford it. Such a cool place in such a cool city.

If you’re thinking of organizing a big event, Boston convention center is the place for it. This venue is likely to take the world lol. Just kidding but it’s big. However, even if you are trying to organize an event for just 1000 people or less, they have smaller ballrooms that you can use for different activities that can take small number of people at a time. Its just beautiful plus the venue is in the city and you can walk to downtown Boston, and other places to see the city. The convention center has 3 levels plus level 0 which is like a basement (if you will). So you can. Say 4 levels. But level zero can be closed and you can use level 1 for registration and use level 2, for your meetings. It’s really up to you though to decide. It’s a perfect venue for me. They are lots so hotels around the venue as well and restaurants with beautiful water view. What more do you need!!

Great convention center right in downtown Boston. It's about 10 to 15 minutes from the Boston airport. Lots of hotels close by for accommodation but are very expensive. All the facilities inside are top of the line. Several smaller rooms for gatherings of 100 to 200 people. The ballroom is on the third floor It is a pretty large place, so watch for signs or better have a map with you.

Good location, and very convenient to get around. Great to see the development of Boston in the last 20 years in this area and hopefully this place brings more exhibitions and events for the city.

Large conference center with plenty of options for space, nice little Boston gift shop in the neighbouring hotel, and some good little food places very close by.

I recently visited the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center for HubSpot’s INBOUND 2023 conference. The BCEC was very well laid out with 3 floors and several break out rooms of varying lecture sizes. The main floor was very spacious and left plenty of room for designated event areas. Be prepared to walk though. The BCEC is massive and walking from one wing to another or the span of the main floor can easily take 5-10 minutes. The only downside I had with this facility was the absence of water bottle filling stations at the water fountains. I’ve began to expect these in public places like the BCEC. Thankfully though, BCEC staff had mobile water stations for us, but it would have been nice to fill up my bottle instead of hogging the mobile stations meant for cups.

I love this convention center! I'm here just about every year for Pax East! There are some good food options nearby within walking distance as well, there is a food court in the convention center, however it is definitely overpriced. The convention center is always clean and there is so much space to accommodate such a large crowd.

Amazing conference center! Very spacious and accessible. It has a lot of rooms and also restrooms. There is a lot of sitting space and places to charge your devices and attend to other work needs. It is also very accessible to essential areas of the town. There are exciting places in walking distance and dining options worth exploring!
