Bossier Inn & Suites Bossier City - Extended stay hotel in Bossier City - 750 Diamond Jacks Blvd, USA

Room smelled like nothing but mold and asbestos. Bed was molded, service was horrible. Refrigerator stopped working in my room and they wanted to charge me to move room due to their appliances not working. No warm water and they are very much prejudice against any race other than the cacausian ethnicity. Some have to pay late fees but it's not equal across the board. Would suggest the city to eliminate this business

The rooms were clean, but needed updating. The mattress needs to be replaced ... they were worn out in the middle & hurt our backs, but we were so tired & just happy to find a clean place to lay our heads. One of the few hotels that still have smoking rooms. ☺️

Booked a stay through Expedia for this hotel. They used outdated photos on the website. When I checked in to the hotel we were made to give our vehicle information before being allowed to have our keys. Once we got the keys we went to the room. There were several room doors open and unoccupied. Upon entering our room, the AC was not on, it was held up by 2x4s, there were stains on the walls, plaster from unfinished sheetrock on the walls, stains on the bed. We walked back to the desk, turned out keys in and went to find somewhere else to stay. They had several signs posted of no refunds and they stuck to that policy. If this property had been represented in the condition it is actually in, I would have never booked. $127 dollars isn't the biggest amount of money but this policy and they aren't doing anything to make the property better. I wish I would have taken photos but I was so appalled and disgusted by the condition of the property. Only giving 1 star because I have to.

Room smelled moldy, weave on floor, brown skids on bed. No refund so i’m riding out the days. DO NOT COME HERE, almost inhumane.

overnight to Dallas (4 couples) requiring 4 rooms. The rooms were disgusting, floors not vacuumed, ashes laying in headboard which had fallen almost off the wall. Bedding had stains/ dirty, mattresses appeared to have dried blood on the side of box springs. Toilet not secured to floor, flooring was filthy, cockroaches, no trash cans, disguising odor, not enough outlets. No towels/washcloths in room returned to front desk at approximately 9 pm ask to have bring towels/washcloths. Lady at desk at her children with her and very rude and said she would try and contact housekeeping. We NEVER saw anyone until we checked out this day 7/7/2018. Was the most disgusting hotel all of us have ever stayed overnight. Make notes to never make a reservation at Bossier Inn and Suites. I have photos to share with LA Health Department

This hotel was on Impossible Hotels in 2015. The host Anthony tried to get the owners to realise their hotel was worth nothing the way it was. It was dirty and falling apart then. He got people in to clean the pool and did up 1 room to show them how a hotel room should be. Going by all the bad reviews since 2015 the owners haven't done the renovations required to make it a safe, comfortable and functioning hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs. You'd be better off sleeping in your cat than staying here. Good luck to anyone that does choose to stay. You are going to need it. Check out Impossible Hotels 2015 before you stay here. You will certainly change your mind and spend your money elsewhere.

This was unimaginable. Absolutely HORRIFYING.Definitely experienced allllllll of the reviews prior to mine. No a/c in the 1st room she attempted to give us. We literally only stayed because we paid. Stayed next door to the drug dealer if the place it was very obvious. I had the worst anxiety I didn't sleep at all. The room was NOT serviced. No phone. Door would BARELY shut or lock I couldn't wait to get the hell out of dodge. Will definitely stick to Choctaw for gambling. This was for my birthday. I was shocked. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

If you just need a bed this is for you . No remote for the old school TV only 5 channels and only one comes in good. No ice machine . Not what it used to be when it was Ramada inn. Or bossier inn.
