Boro6 Wine Bar - Wine bar in Hastings-On-Hudson - 549 Warburton Ave, USA

A little unique and atypical. That's what I loved about this place. This cozy wine bar in Hastings not only has a wide selection of wines and cocktails, but also has an interesting and extensive menu. I had a glass of chardonnay which had a hint of orange flavor. Then, for starters, I had the Tuscan Tomato Soup which was tasty and plentiful. For my main course, I had the Braised Beef Shoulder which was also delicious. Lastly, for dessert, I had the Chocolate Gelato on Brioche. Interesting preparation, but delicious nonetheless. Really enjoyable meal in a fun and energetic environment.

We had a great time at Boro6 — our first time back since before the pandemic. We sat at the bar and enjoyed excellent service from the server/bartender. Food was delicious! Only thing we thought could be better was the cauliflower — it was so drenched in sauce you could barely taste the cauliflower itself. Deviled eggs were perfection, garlic shrimp delicious, mussels so good! They’ve changed a bit since we last went here — ditching some of the more traditional tapas for more elevated options. Honestly, I wish they had both because I missed the tortilla and sangria! But overall this is a great restaurant with excellent service and a cool vibe. We will definitely be back.

Lovely village locale, beautifully designed space. Delicious farro salad, beautiful sandwiches. Friendly and attentive service. It had a good vibe and a nice lunch crowd.

Boro 6 is a fantastic wine bar! I stopped by for a light lunch and was blown away by the fantastic flavors. The pissaladiere with white anchovies and caramelized onions was incredibly tasty and exceeded my expectations. The roman farro salad was fresh and satisfying, perfectly complementing the pissaladiere. Additionally, the attentive service made my time there even more enjoyable. The selection of wines was impressive, and the ambiance was pleasant with plenty of light. I will definitely be going back again and cannot recommend it enough!

Ambiance, Service, and Food were all perfect. Can't wait to go back. Pictures are Caprese salad, Shrimp starter, Basil Cosmo, and Gin Martini. We both had salads that were delicious. We didn't even take pictures, just dove right in.

I have been coming here for years and in short: I highly recommend it. Not just for wine but for the delicious food, ambiance and the staff is great too. Every time we come here we have a wonderful time, they have literally always brought their A game. I love everything about this restaurant and this review is long overdue. Now the long story: The location is great. Hastings is a 15 minute drive from the city but makes you feel like you're a whole world away. Boro6 is within walking distance of several unique small businesses including a vinyl shop and boutiques. Everything is centrally located on Warburton ave or on Main Street where you can find plentiful parking. The area is a hidden gem and makes you feel like you're actually in a small town as opposed to minutes from NYC. It's perfect for scenic views of the Hudson, an afternoon stroll, then dinner and a glass of wine at Boro6. Now more about the wine bar... it is so nice to see the attention to detail and how much they genuinely care about the dining experience. Everything is hand crafted. The menu has so many options and they add new items often with well thought out pairings making each visit unique. The food is always delicious.THE WINE! In the last year or so they have released their own house blend which we were very excited to try. Needless to say it did not disappoint. The restaurant is spacious yet still gives the cozy vibes you desire from a wine bar. The staff is so nice, its evident that the owner really cares as you can tell a lot by the way the staff interacts not just with clients but with each other. When I come back I promise to add pictures to my review but after having yet another wonderful experience here I just needed to take a moment out and give them the kudos they deserve. We will definitely be back soon!

Went there for Saturday brunch. Its one of the few places that offers brunch in a day other than Sunday. The seating is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and the service is great. The menu has great choices for food and drink. They have a bottomless mimosas and a bellini bar. We loved everything they served us. Will recommend to everyone and will definitely return.

The food is top notch.. my favorites right now are the kale salad the deviled eggs and the seabass! Emily the server and Alyson the bartender are amazing! So great .. service is even better than the food!
