Wonderful, exciting and glamorous location .This Hotel/casino is one of my favorites to visit. The security is abundantly available. Everyone should feel safe. All ages are welcome. 0-100yrs old. Rooms are well maintained with service. Huge Casino..Mega slots and tables. Multiple restaurants / venues. We saw a comedy show that was fun. They have a burlesque show but we missed it. Oh yes we took the Jitney Bus around the city to other casinos. The drivers were so much fun . Large pool on property with a splash pad for kids. The ocean /board walk available via bus, taxi or cars. Had a ball!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel and room was beautiful and clean. The location is not great compared to other hotels in AC, but we didn’t really mind - $10 Uber to boardwalk. Another con was the pool access times. All pools closed at 7pm which I thought was a bit early. Otherwise, everything else was great about our stay here. Fun for older people, young people, and even families.

We went to the Borgata to see a show at the Music Box. We enjoyed the show. It's a fairly intimate room for still holding a thousand people. The lighting and the sound in the room are great. We also stopped by the buffet before the show. I wish I had better things to say about that. I will start off by saying that none of the food we got was bad. But on the same hand, none of it was great. The prime rib at the carving station was sliced so thin. It was less than 1/4 inch thick. But I get that they're probably trying to keep their costs down. The grilled sirloin in the trays looked great. They had nice grill marks and actually had a slight pink color in the center. However, they were as dry as could be and were basically well-done. Same with the Jerk Pork Chop I got. There wasn't a chocolate desert to be had that didn't have coconut or something else odd in it. The meatball was decent. The plain shrimp are peeled. Their horseradish was decent. The ribs fell right off the bone. The servers and other staff were doing a good job. I just don't feel like I got my money's worth. Maybe I did for A/C prices. Just my opinion.

We love coming to Borgata. Unfortunately tho we may be switching to Oceans. It boggles my mind why they don't make some of these hotels more family friendly. It's almost like they keep families segregated. They have 2 different outdoor pool areas in which kids are not allowed in either. The indoor pool for families is very dark and cold. The pool is always freezing and the last time they ran put of towels. That's ridiculous. It seems this season they put in a little splash pool.. what a waste. All the money these hotels bring in they couldn't just build an outdoor pool for families.. what a joke. Not even a nice bar for the parents and families. Oceans is actually nicer and let the kids use the outdoor pool.. so does Tropicana.. not sure which other hotels do, but this could be a much better vacation spot if they allowed kids to stay in outdoor pool. At least 1 of them. Restaurants are great.. and as far as hotel I'd stay in the MGM tower. Borgata definitely needs to start stepping it up a notch

Let me say that i was very exited to come to Borgata. The place looks great. Has pools, great restaurants and beautiful spaces. Bad stuff: Paying 2 times for the Parking is a bad policy. Basically if you stay at the hotel you have to pay parking, but what is worst …. If you drive out of the casino and go to boardwalk you pay, and tomorrow that you have to go you have to pay again! So to recap i payed 2 times for the parking, and i was staying at the hotel! Other problem is the customer service: Call the desk, because i wanted more info about this policy, the lady at the desk started with an attitude right away and was rude. Overall: Customer service: 0 ⭐️ Room cleaning: 4.5 ⭐️ Restaurants: 4.5 ⭐️ Policy : 0 ⭐️ MGM have way higher standards in Vegas. Shame. Will definitely not come back

Was here for lunch, and the food was great. Mr. Victor (he was carving the Ham) was polite and very cool to talk to. Miss Rita, who sat us at our table was the best. Polite and very easy going, made us feel very comfortable. Will be going back before the year is out. Gonna try the dinner portion next time!!

Spent 2 nights here and it was amazing. Staff were great all round, ambiance was amazing and aesthetic was very pleasing. Howeverrrrrr, I do think food is severely over priced. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone. Things I enjoyed: 1. Easy parking in the garage (I paid $10 for the 2 nights stayed) 2. Outdoor pool was very nice (although $68 for 2 drinks is ridiculous) 3. The room was spacious and clean! 4. It had all the entertainment needed so you don’t need to venture out

We always come here every 3-4 months. This place makes us feel like we are right at home and will continue to come here, The atmosphere and the professionalism is on point. The only thing I will definitely miss from coming to this hotel was the little elder lady who was the parking lot attended she's was the sweetest lady and always genuine and she always said come back again soon ya hear we will miss talking to a person coming in and out of the hotel.

The service was outstanding as well as the food. The table side Caesar Salad was the best I had eaten. Was definitely worth the wait to get reservations.
