Boot Barn - Boot store in Lubbock - 6002 Slide Rd D27, USA

Order $400 boots to be shipped to the store for a Christmas present. When I picked up the package is completely ripped apart and taped back together. When I open the boots they’re bent and worn looking! First and last time buying boots from here

I like boot barn... but after only 10 minutes in the store I've been asked 4 times if I "am still doing ok," and to let them know if I need anything. As I'm typing this it's happened a fifth time. It makes me want to leave the store. Look if I'm talking to my wife about how the boots look on her, I don't want to be interrupted every 2 minutes. Edit: I've been asked 37 times by 5 different employees

Not a great experience at all. My order was cancelled and told I would receive a gift card in 3 business days. Also, when I went in the store was ignored by employees.

They were nice and I found what I needed but had to stand in line for about 15 minutes or so just to pay.

I went to Boot Barn looking for an entire outfit, head-to-toe, for a Texas chic corporate event. Found EVERYTHING I needed. I was there for less than an hour! Staff was great. The lady who was helping me made 5 trips helping me decide on the right boots. Prices are competitive as well. Will definitely go back if I’m ever in the market for Western wear.

I found the perfect belt that matches my wallet that I got for Christmas. The young lady at the cash register was very nice and helpful and wished me a happy birthday. I will definitely be spending more money there.

It sucked don't have one item that will fit me

Boot Barn is a great country western store, and my recent visit seems like they've added more stock. Great items, prices aren't the worst for what u get, cause they do sell quality items.
