I’ve had decent service here up until today. I tried on a pair of work boots that felt fine in the store and then put them on and walked into and around Walmart for around half an hour and realized that they were going to be too tight. I tried returning them or exchanging them but they refused to take them back because wearing them outside counts as damaged, they still have all the original tags and they were hardly worn. I bought another pair of boots from here and I was told that as long as they’re returned within thirty days and they’re not worn in or otherwise damaged that they’re okay to return. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today.
We were in Casper on 3-15-23,I was looking for some boots,was greeted right when we walkeendedd through the door by a very nice lady that walked us over to the section of boots,she was so helpful and understanding as what I was looking for.We ended up buying a pair of boots,payed for them and left,we decided to go back and buy some wrangler's.Tje manager of the store waited on us this time. I can't express how helpful she was also,worked with me on getting the right size,( very glad I took her advice) on size,you have the best employee's at that store!! Highly recommend this store!! Absolutely horrendous customer service from their credit card underwriter. All I needed was a balance letter stating my account was at $0 (which it was) and they refused to do so. The representative I spoke to kept telling me the same information repeatedly even though I asked for a supervisor 4 separate times. DO NOT get a credit line with them. You will regret it. If I could give a score lower than 1 star I would.
Poor selection of boots in common sizes in store. Got a pair of boots as a gift that didn't fit and had to return instead of being able to exchange. Not so easy. Stood at the counter for five minutes watching 3 employees giggle in the backroom before I walked out. Better selection and service somewhere else for sure
They handled my Shepplers return even though the register was having problems! Great job! I will say when I pulled up I wondered if they had closed cause I couldn't see through the windows and the front looked a bit unkept. Some flowers out front or the door propped open might help people see you.
All of my instore experience was fine. However the employees there helped me make an online purchase for a belt that they don’t even make anymore. So we tried to change the order to a different item and finally tried to just change the order. The online customer service I had to go through was not helpful and I had to wait on hold on 3 different lines for an hour. On top of all of it I haven’t gotten my money back. Not satisfied at all. I’d call it highway robbery.
Jami was absolutely wonderful; so very patient with me while trying to find a pair of woman's steel toe boots. She was quite knowledgeable and informative. I am very happy with my justins....love them!!!!
