We’ve gone multiple times and it’s definitely our go to bar! The drinks are always great and prices are cheap. There’s 2 pool tables and 2 darts games. There’s also a TouchTunes juke box and karaoke a few nights a week. The do live bands on Fridays/Saturdays out back as well.
It's a little hole in the wall bar with great bar tenders who are very friendly. I've been there twice now & will definitely be going back. Just really nice people. Since the last time we were there, they upgraded the outside with seating, covered picnic tables & a stage for bands. The drinks were fixed right & not expensive at all.
Have not been there since 1985, and I know things have changed, for the better I'm sure. The drinking and fighting days are long gone, but the happy memories and fondness for this place will last forever.
Great place if you're looking for a local watering hole and looking to have a good time! Pool tables, music, karaoke nights, and interesting people with stories to tell! You will smell like you smoke 17 packs a day for at least two days after leaving, but that's a part of the experience.
My husband and I shared an amazing later and better half of this past New Year's celebrating here and wish we'd come here FIRST! This visit was apart of our much needed vacation and the atmosphere at the Boondox Tavern aka "The Blue Bar" was incredible--laid back atmosphere with good and interesting people, great entertainment all around, and the best decor all for that one in a million kind of feel. It'd be nice if every place had such friendly staff and patrons as this place does--thanks for keeping it real and down to earth, guys n gals. Happy New Year's!

Boondox bar was as awesome as ever. I got to sing my karaoke songs...drink some straight up awesome drinks.. definitely missed hanging out here with my peeps...gotta keep going...
Great staff and great atmosphere. We had a great time. If local watering holes are your thing, great, if not head towards the islands. Shout out (hello) to Kathy and Kristy for serving 'em cold and DJ Randy for the entertainment.

Very laid bac5place to enjoy shooting pool or watch the games they have karaoke on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7pm they have a very good food truck parked outside. And the Bartenders are all great check it out you will love it

Amazing wraps for the price! We got breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our trip to Cumberland Island! So many options that we were able to create 3 different meals. Very easy to order online and not a crazy long wait.
