Absolutely terrible customer service. Checked in at the Bay St. Louis location so thankfully got the gate code. When a half hour out of Biloxi tried calling and no answer. Left a message and never was called back. Gave us a space too small for our RV, so again I called and never got a call back. Went into Boomtown Casino and since they have no hotel, was told no one there could help me as far as parking slot. This was our second time there and issues both times. Never again.
This is a parking lot with five trees. The location was fine, but dealing with the people on the phone. Trying to book a spot is a joke. When you call the number that is posted online, it takes you to a different location in a different city and they tried to book me a spot there. Then I questioned them and told them that I was looking for the Biloxi RV park. I booked it and then they told me that I had to call them back when I arrived. I did and the code did not work. I was also told they had Wi-Fi and that it was a open network which never came up. There was no guard in the guard shack as far as we could tell. We got there and I was told to go to spot 14 and someone was in it. There were open spots everywhere so it didn't really matter but I had to call back and they told me to pull into the next one. Overall, it's not worth the hassle to me. Dealing with this Park. Probably would not stay here again.
The RV park is OK. The location is what makes it special. We made our reservation by calling, and the receipt was emailed to us, but the location on the receipt was in Bay St. Louis, MS, and that made no sense to us. It was giving the wrong address. After calling back, we were told the address on the receipt is at the HQ. Ok, no problem, but then when we arrived, we needed to call once again because now we need an access code. The lady on the phone was very polite and professional, so she made it bearable, and then the site they put us in was too small. So, one more call 📞. Most of this could have been easily avoided if it had been put on our Emailed Reciept, but once again, the lady on the phone had true patience and hospitality, and for that, thank you. 😊
Stayed there a couple of days. Great place. Need more trees hot during the day. Good location in the middle of the casinos in the back Bay
When we first arrived, we called and they gave us the WRONG gate code. A camper already in the park helped us with the correct code. Later in the week when we were out in the afternoon, they changed the gate code. When we called, they tried first to give us the old code. Again, someone already in the park helped us out. THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY! They have our email, why not use it! Grrrrr
They advertise that they have WiFi and it doesn’t work. I have called customer relations 5 times. They said they would fix it but never did. I feel like I’m bothering them. Other than that it’s nice. Full hook ups, stinky water, and no internet.
As far as Casino RV parks go, it was the norm. A place to park and a small strip of grass. Could definitely use some TLC (grass, trimming, trees, etc...), but then again, it's a casino. The casino was good. I don't think we left with any more than we started with, but had we not gone to the other casinos, we most likely would have been winners. Boomtown had more reasonable slots that at least hit bonuses once in a while. The other casinos sucked and their machines were Vegas prices. It's no wonder there were hardly any people there. If we come back to Biloxi we would probably return.
My husband and I visited Biloxi for a few days and rented a spot at this rv park. You have to call when you are almost there to get your spot # and the access code to gate… with that being said, we had to call 3 different times because there was someone parked in the spot they had assigned to us. There is no one onsite, no 24 hr security as advertised, and you are just SOL if you are expecting the internet to actually work or be able to get access to it. And if you call there is t any one that knows anything about anything. It is simply a spot to park your trailer or rv but that is completely it. It did have electricity, water and sewage but don’t expect them to go above that. Lesson learned you get what you pay for.
I started going to Brantley's gym about eighteen months ago and it's been absolutely life changing. I am in the best shape of my life and I owe it all to the gym family that I created there. What makes this gym different is it's smaller, more perso
Stopped in for breakfast on a whim while on vacation here in Biloxi. From the outside it did not look like much, but wow! What a nice place on the inside. Warm and inviting with the smell of brewing coffee and fresh baked empanadas. Wife and I sp
