Books-A-Million - Book store in Cuyahoga Falls - 392 Howe Ave, USA

Great bookstore. Very clean and open. Service is very attentive and the product is well kept. I only feel bad that it seems like corporation style management is forcing their employees to try to push the rewards programs / magazine subscriptions. I didn’t count the books but they might be close to a million.

I literally only made it to the very front of the store, now this is my second time there! SO many books and items for any occasion. If they had coffee and a few comfy chairs, I'd be there for hours reading. Great customer service, from the handsome cashier. Very helpful!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. My online purchase pickup went smoothly. I found all of what I was looking for At the best price. Pickup time was speedy. 👍👍

I love this store. I love the way its setup, the friendly staff and most of all the amount of bargain books they keep in stock for a smaller location. Shopping here is a guaranteed relaxing success.

So I really liked this place initially and their kid section is pretty good until I realized there are little to no African American authors 😔 Only 3shelves dedicated to Non Fiction section. Come on y’all it’s 2023. Be inclusive.

I always liked Borders better than Barnes and Noble and Books-A-Million is basically Borders resurrected! Specifically at this location the people are very friendly there's a good selection of books and games and pretty much anything you'd like as well as a cafe with very good coffee and food. It is also not nearly as large or busy as the Barnes & Noble nearby which is a good thing. It is just the right size, large but not too large. I love it!
