George n Patty are great host. They do whatever they can to make everyone needs met. The residents are friendly

Very much a community rather than a campground So many activities, and the residents and management are so friendly. Beautiful location. Rent is a little steep but that's everywhere right now, pretty sure that the off season rent is about half of what it is during season. Nice pool, laundry room and shower room open 24/7 which is a huge convenience. My fiance and I are very happy here!

Absolutely love it here. Great pool, beautiful lake. Quiet, which I love. The workers and other tenants are all amazing. Everyone works hard to keep the place at its best. I wouldn’t want to be at any other resort than here. The bathrooms are clean, the washer and dryers work great! Thank you for being so awesome!

This place resembles a trailer park and not much more. We only stayed for an overnight. The spots are tight/close and our neighbor was quite the busy-body. The worse part is the fact my credit card was used by someone at the facility. This is the only place that had all of my personal and card info, which was given over the phone at the time of my booking. DO NOT give that information over the phone while making your reservation. If they insist, I recommend staying somewhere else. There are plenty of other parks in this area. In response to the fire guy who doesn’t think it happened here. I spent 32 years as a police officer, much of that in white collar crimes. The person used the Walmart pay app in that area, which required my address, name and cc information. That info wasn’t used on this trip until I verbally booked this reservation. The person who took my reservation had me on speaker phone so anyone could have overheard the info and exploited the card. It didn’t happen at a gas station, it happened right here folks. The fact there is zero accountability should speak volumes about this place.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a peaceful stay. Sites were a little tight - along with the road, which made backing extremely difficult. We were told not back over the pad, but it was physically impossible without backing over the pad with our 30ft travel trailer (Sorry). We did have a neighbour in front of us just chilling in his trailer with a whole wall of open insulation - probably not the best idea. We had a piece of someone's sewer hose connection stuck in our sewer drain and I had to use pliers to get it out - not a big deal but I had to sanitize my pliers after. Otherwise, the park is extremely clean! People take care of their yards which makes for a pleasant walk. The small lake has amazing wildlife - tons of turtles, little blue cranes, cormorants, anhingas, and many other birds. You could hang out there for hours. The park never got super loud and it was always peaceful and easy to relax! The proximity to the beaches is amazing as well (although some were closed due to Hurricane Ian). There are lots of nature reserves nearby including Corkscrew and Bonita Nature Place where you can see plenty of Gopher Tortoises roaming around. The staff were also super friendly! If I am ever back in the area I will 100% stay here again - given that there are spots available as this is a popular place for good reason!

It’s a smaller park which is nice because everyone is friendly and willing to socialize. They have great prices! The management is AMAZING! They’re on site and willing to help you with any questions or concerns (I had plenty as this is my first time living the rv life). They’re very welcoming here! The amenities are appreciated! They even have a pool table! And tons of grills and smokers that are free to use!

Absolutely fantastic staff, the park is quiet and well maintained - Conveniently located a short drive from the beach, highway and shopping. Would highly recommend!

We love it here. What’s nice about it is it’s not owned by big corp. and run like a business. It’s privately owned and everyone is treated like family. Everyone is so friendly. The managers are caring people that have a park to run. They bend over backwards to help you yet keep it business like. That’s a fine line they walk very well. We will be back and recommend it.
