My 16-year old son plays competitive lacrosse and is preparing to play in college. We were referred to Russ by another family of athletes with amazing results after working with Russ so we thought we'd give his gym a shot. Best decision ever! My son loves going, is super motivated, loves being pushed and encouraged in a way he's never experienced before. He is seeing and feeling results and others have even noticed the difference in his strength, speed, footwork and confidence. Russ understands the balance of exercises our son needs and is delivering a top-notch and extremely well-rounded experience. Worth every penny!

Boldt Athletics does an excellent job with programming and tailoring workouts to meet every individuals’ needs. The community is awesome and very supportive of each other and the workouts help get you in the best shape possible. You will burn a lot of calories and be surrounded by others each class. I've been going to Boldt for a few weeks now and I love it! I feel amazing every time after I go. The group sizes are small which I like. Everyone shows up to work hard and is encouraging. Coach Russ is extremely welcoming and passionate about what he does. He really has created a great gym environment and dynamic. I look forward to building my strength at Boldt!
I've never been a gym person, but a friend invited me to try this place. I've never felt more welcomed, unjudged, and inspired to grow stronger. Coach Russ is truly a kind person who is great at motivating you to work harder. Boldt is just an excellent place to find community, and help push yourself to grow. Highly recommend!!
In 2000 I tore my MCL playing college soccer and then my career ended. I had surgery and continued with PT for several years following. I decided to take up running and although completed many tough races my knee continued to elicit serious pain. It seemed nothing would help strengthen it. In 2020 I decided to play a pick up soccer game and ended up dislocated the same knee. At this point I really gave up on the fact that my knee would be strong for any future physical “bucket list” goals. I felt defeated. Shortly after, I met Russ. And after an intentional evaluation and a set of exercise drills to commit to on a daily basis, I’m happy to report that I completed my first half marathon. This was post dislocation and I feel stronger than ever. Thank you Russ and Boldt Athletics for giving me a part of my life back.

Amazing workout and community!!! I love the variety of workouts..you will never do the same workout twice here. It is always fun and always a challenge! Russell is the best coach and the whole community is very supportive and encouraging. No other gym like it
Easily the best gym I’ve ever been to. Rusty and his staff are the most motivating and knowledgable trainers I’ve encountered, and the community they have established is very welcoming/encouraging. If you’re able to go to this gym, this is your sign to buy a membership
Iâve been attending classes at FBBC for almost two weeks and it has already been life changing. Coach Jonathan has been great answering all of my questions and helping me on my journey down the path of healthy eating and fitness.

I only had Belmont's jewel drink, it was great. The menu looks amazing! I plan on coming back w/ my friends. The details and atmosphere are wonderful! Private room available. Huge tables for game playing! Come see the beauty of living the fantasy!

Came in for a coffee date with my wife, the place is warm, welcoming, and homey. We really loved it. They made a mistake on my bonfire burrito and the owner immediately corrected it and gave me her card with a free drink. It was a very sweet gesture.
