Rooms are really clean and spacious. Love the staff, super friendly. Price is honestly really good compared to other Hotels. Lots of parking and room service on the daily helps with maintaining rooms clean. Bonus: huge pool and it’s across from Target, dollar store, Ulta, as well as several food places to choice from. Highly recommend the stay.
Had a reservation for this hotel over the weekend everything seemed fine the room was clean the service was okay I didn't check in until midnight they where expecting me or they thought I wasn't going to show up early but I was still given the hotel room. Only downfall about it I'll say was the shower hardly any pressure on the water & the TV channels, No Cable channels just regular TV bummer.
Just stayed here this past weekend! Very disappointed, the room was dirty and smelled disgusting.. the towels smell nasty and our reservation was 4 guest and we only got 2 towels.. when I asked for more towels, I was told that they were low on towels and that I have to go get them myself. The towels were old and had an awful smell. There was pubic hair on the floor and on the bed sheets.. so disgusting I just felt gross staying there. The pool water looks dirty as well as the hot tub water. Will never stay here again. Customer service was also bad.. the receptions was so rude. Do not recommend.
I wont be back. Just a dirty place. Oh the pool and your spa looks like dirt was in it. Sorry guys just not a clean place. So you know the towel that you put on the floor for when your getting out the shower. Is what the staff gave me to dry my body off.. come on.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bokai Hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff made me feel welcome immediately. Highly recommended.
Internet is garbage. CREATORS DO NOT STAY FOR INTERNET HERE. Maid walks in without knocking. Pool only cleaned on Fridays & Mondays. Elevator rackety af. Michelle the Manager only gives rooms for $65 & $75 if you know her family. Single king bed is $110. Balcony is $130 & double bed is $140 and they want $100 deposit. After 10pm they try to up-sale you by wanting to rent out the Balcony rooms & double bed rooms. TV is a hit or miss on the room. Most of the time doesn't get channels and if it does, can get as low as seven channels & at best if you get a room with a working Antenna cable then you'll get all the channels. Otherwise be ready to deal with choppy/jumpy TV viewing. Always pay cash, they sometimes don't give back the deposit if done on a CC. Better off staying at Quality Inn on Valley or Motel 6 on San Gabriel.
Marvelous place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool! This weekend was no Joke, the heat was unbearable so I decided to bet the heat! Not only are the rooms hooked up with fridge to keep the drinks cold, but their AC's blowing cold cool air , along with the fluffy beds making perfect to relax and enjoy while beating the heat! Booking a room is easy and hassle free and it's staff friendly and professional! Greeted by Andy who answered all my questions and welcomed me as I arrived to check-in making my stay a Marvelous one! Thank you Bokai I'll definitely recommend my fam and friends!!
Most excellent place secluded privacy. Beautiful pool. Great staff. Very scenic hidden gem in Rosmead. And it's right across the street from the Rosmead target shopping center. And less then a block away from 10 freeway.
I ordered takeout tonight and halfway through eating my food I remembered to take the pictures ð¸ so not the best representation. But it's been a rough day, the husband is sick, and this soup is what we needed tonight. The guys that were cooking to
An excellent skatepark. A good size with lots of different options. The rails and ledges vary in size and there's a good proportion of street to transition. They've utilised every last bit of space perfectly. I also love a red concrete skatepark. #
Shared a personal elote and mazapan pizza. These were both so good. Ordered the Elote because why not? First time having corn on pizza and it didn't disappoint. The mazapan dessert was really sweet and delicious but I could only handle 1 slice as an
First I would say the staffs are awesome!!! I found the best servicing staffs always in In N Out. Rosmead is special in that. The area is so clean and well maintained. They gave me a free refill! Also without asking they put side of jalapeños, I lo
Tried the gyro combo and cheeseburger combo very fresh ingredients and not oily at all. Service was fast and prices are decent. And for me to enjoy a gyro from a place like this I was amused. Maybe too much onion for me and needed a bit more sauce bu
Good place to do some work while sipping coffee. The only dings are the music in the location is a tad obnoxiously loud. Could be turned down a few clicks. There are no outlets in the area to charge and that seems to be intentional combined with the
Popular Vietnamese restaurant. The food was good. They donât have traditional pho there. The most popular dish seems to be the little dish with rice cakes. Most customers there are Vietnamese and almost every one was eating that rice cake dish.
