Disappointed ☹️ The grill apparently needed to be cleaned, had black specks of other food on my egg and biscuit. Egg was fried and flat and not fluffy and clean of debris. Fries were fresh and hot. Coleslaw wasn't as usual, apparently they changed the recipe and added pickles, which left the flavor not very good, so I won't order it anymore. The biscuit was ok, flat not fluffy like In the morning. Order accuracy was exact as ordered. Wasn't thrilled overall.

If I could give this place no stars I would, first let me start by saying the very last visit I made was a mess. I ordered online and came in to wait for it to be made, I waited for a long time which wouldn't have been a problem for me if the food was fresh and delicious but instead I received some uncooked chicken it was a 12 piece family meal, me my son and my husband all took a bite of our chicken and I couldn't believe my eyes it was still pink in the inside. On top of that whoever seasoned the chicken made it extra spicy, the Mac and cheese was so dry and looked so old, the mashed potatoes and gravy was the only thing that was worth eating. The red beans and rice was so soupy, the biscuits were hard as a rock. I was so very upset because that day i had a very long work day and didn't feel like cooking, I stopped there to grab dinner so I could get home feed my family and then lay down because I was tired, I spent almost 50 dollars on that family meal and didn't eat none of it. I was so upset I just made them throw it all away and still ended up cooking dinner because we still were hungry. That day I was so tired, stressed and just didn't have the fight in me to go back up there and tell them about themselves. I didn't even waste my time with calling because there was only 4 people there when I came in and all of them were so unprofessional and just all on their phones talking to each other as if they were in a room relaxing. That very next day me and my son started throwing up and feeling very sick, I instantly thought about the undone chicken we all took no more then 2 bites of. My husband started going to the bathroom that same night. I will never ever ever recommend this bojangles to anyone unless they do away with all those people that were there that day. They could've killed us by giving me that raw chicken. It truly shows how much people just don't care about what they serve you anymore. Please be careful when and if you decide to eat here.

The food took about 15 mins to make so we expected the fries to at least be hot and tasty. They were cold with no seasoning....I get they probably didn't expect customers at 830 pm, but dang at least try to put effort in the food at that hour. You're still open after all.

Full disclosure, it has been probably over a year since I was last at this location. However, the experience I had was so overwhelmingly negative that I am still heated about it to this day. Unapologetic rude service with no attempt to meet me in the middle. I was in the drive-thru with my wife and simply wanted a Bojangles Cajun chicken biscuit with pimento cheese and an order of fries. Despite consistently stating that same order the employee working the drive-thru did not seem capable of hearing it correctly and kept ringing me up for food that I did not order. Instead of respectfully asking that we drive up to the window so she could hear us better she took up an attitude prompting me in my life to cut our losses and go to the far superior Chick-fil-A in Evans. My wife called the location to provide feedback to the manager and instead of taking note of our concerns the manager instead insisted on making excuses and avoided all responsibility. You can't use being short-staffed as an excuse for poor customer service when you only have one car in the drive-thru and an empty parking lot. I perhaps should have taken the hint when this location has the most consistently empty parking lot of a Bojangles I have ever seen. Needless to say, I did not enjoy my experience. The whole endeavor left me annoyed and hungry. Also my wife was upset. I would recommend you go to literally any other dining establishment.

Went through the drive-through. The one that took the order was very nice. Got everything correct. Get to the window bad attitude without even speaking to you. Ask a question. You got a nod of the head not even a thank you. No utensils, no napkins.

It took FOREVER to get a simple salad. It was chaotic and they were unorganized. They kept doing orders of people that had put in their order after me. Even when they had larger and more complicated orders with several sides than my grilled chicken salad (no sides!). It was my first time to Bojangles and I was very disappointed.

Placed an online order, get there to pickup on time, wasn't busy at all just one person, none of my food was ready, ordered white meat and was told still waiting for dark meat to finish cooking even though I said I ordered white meat chicken. It was a 12pc family meal, they left out the half gallon lemonade, the coleslaw, dirty rice, 1 of my orders of mashed potatoes, it was all missing. Fries were cold as hell and not fresh, I wanted a refund for all the mistakes made and they tell me I have to go through the website to do so instead, nope I called my bank instead and reported! The whole place is a joke, one manager in red that I spoke to first kept ignorantly mumbling "did she just come in here with a whole bojanfles bag" like yes I did because you screwed up my order, lied and said you don't have coleslaw but your manager told me you do, then same thing with the lemonade. I hate being told 2 different things. Personally I will never go to this bojangles ever again, it is super ghetto, the place is absolutely filthy and needs cleaning like yesterday. Some of the comments I've read so far doesn't surprise me either, this place is just awful, and OSHA needs to hear about this!!!

Some suggestions for the manager. Train your staff to TALK. When a customer approaches the counter say something. Staring at me and then mumbling does not instill the customer service experience. How do I know you got my order if you don't talk loudly and look at me when you speak. Poor training leads to poor outcomes. This is the manager's duty to properly train and monitor.

Swung by to get some BBQ, glad I found this place. Rebecca, our server, way very helpful and recommended some great food. Ended up going with the 3-meat platter, (smoked Turkey, brisket, and sausage)with a side of stew, Mac n cheese, and corn bread.
