Bojangles - Restaurant in Morrisville - 1000 Claren Cir, USA

Stopped by on the way out of town and hit the drive thru. Fastest drive through I've ever been and the chicken was super fresh! Biscuit was also one of the best I've had as it melted in my mouth. Delicious 3 piece supreme meal!

Way better then n cheaper then Popeyes..1st time visiting Bojangles the best sauce was the creamy buffalo sauce. Employers were r respectful n polite..Gave eye contack when spoken to. Restrooms were clean , Dining in area was clean, fleshly made hot n ready chicken in front of u , fast workers ,

Jan 25. I asked for all FRESHLY MADE FOOD. THE MANAGER STATED IT WILL TAKE 12MINS TO GET MY SAUSAGE AND EGG BISCUIT AND MY CINNAMON TWIST WITH EXTRA ICING. LOOK AT THESE UNDONE CINNAMON TWIST.... I DONT THINK NO MATTER HOW MUCH I COMPLAIN IF THERE WILL EVER BE A CHANGE TO HOW THEY OPERATE. WILL THEY EAT RAW CINNAMON TWIST... AND TO ADD I ENDED UP WAITING 30MINS FOR RAW CINNAMON TWIST. TIME WASTED. LOOK AT THE PIC BELOW ................. The kitchen help is falling off. Imma leave these pics below. You make the decision. ............... So first issue. I placed the order and had to wait 45mins to get my food, which made me late for work. So imagine being excited to eat my food when I get to work and ALL THE FOOD NASTY TASTING AND DRY. AND OLD TASTING. THE SAUSAGE AND EGG TASTED DRIED OUT... THE CHEDDAR BO WAS DRY AND THE BO ROUNDS TASTED LIKE THEY BEEN SITTING FOR HOURS.... IM SO TIRED OF HAVING TO WAIT FOR ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET OLD FOOD THAT I COULDNT EAT.

Here from Cleveland and I must say I always love the hospitality when I come to the South. The customer service and speed was amazing! Gigi was so personable and made the experience one to remember for us. If I lived here, this would bd my regular Bojangles. The food was in point as well! Hot and fresh.

Chicken pieces were extremely small and dirty rice was very liquidity. On a positive note they exercise hiring people with disabilities that was very impressive, I will go back only to support the young lady with the disability she took lots of pride in serving her customers.

There is no consistency between orders at this location. The supremes dinner box is typically made with boneless chicken at every other location I've been to. At specifically this location they seem to just pick randomly as to what kind of chicken they put in the box. This would be fine if the staff handled the situation better and offered to fix it; but the response I received was an explanation as to why it was done that way (which wasn't valid anyways) instead of fixing the error. Don't waste your money here.

Bo-rounds were cold and squishy, not hot and crispy. Grilled chicken sandwiches were dry. Staff was engaged in chit-chat more than work. Woman cleaning the dining room used the same broom for the seats as she did the floor.
