Bojangles - Restaurant in Harrisonburg - 1880 Port Republic Rd, USA

I ordered thru Drive- thru asked the staff what Their favorites were and it was ironic that The Staff chose the Highest Item on the Menu. I am here to Help & really wanted an Honest Answer. Regardless, my Order of Sausage and Gravy & a Dried Berry Biscuit was like thrown out to Me thru the Window! Like a .. "Impressed I wanna go home attitude!!" I crunch down on The Biscuit that needed Butter or Jam. I wasn't asked at All if I needed anything. Your Customer Rep as A Cashier had a Quick Attitude with Me needs to be more Cordial to Customers like Smiling. Over All, Not the Greatest Customer service but Overall, My Sausage Gravy was Good.

I really enjoy Bojangles anytime of the day. I like the Steak biscuit, Bo rounds. and of course a good hot cup of Bojangles coffee. Makes for a nice breakfast on the go! and I pick up a Chicken box occasionally when I'm in town. The chicken is always so very good as is any side I may get, but I really love dirty rice. And their Tea is very good too. They have a great menu and service is always friendly and quick.

If I could give this review -5 stars, I would. The workers at this location are rude, unprofessional, and lazy. I understand people wanting to close the restaurant early but kicking people out and having an attitude almost a full hour before close is not okay. As someone who works in customer service - I get it, but you have to be nice. If you can’t do that - don’t get a job in customer service. Colleen and the other staff decided it would be funny to not let two girls into the restaurant at 9:19 when they close at 10pm. They had an attitude anytime someone ordered, came through the drive thru, or even had simple questions. It’s not that hard to be a kind human. Please do better. And cooperate - this store needs help with customer service and a lesson in manners.

My family and I have always loved yall food. We normally get a large order due to being a family of 6. Y'all always taken good care of us with barely a wait. Only reason it was not a 5 was a mistake in the order. Not upset, it happens with the sides. Did customer service for 14+ years. Majority of the time y'all are 5 stars always.

Last time I went and got the Bo berry biscuits it didn’t have much icing on it so this morning I asked for extra and they gave me SO MUCH ICING! If I could attach a picture I would because my biscuits were SWIMMING in icing. Like there was probably 1/4 of an inch layer of icing on the bottom of the styrofoam container. Granted I will never use all of the icing they gave me but I got to work and opened the box and it made me giggle :) whoever made my order I love you

The food was delicious, the service was amazing and the people there are so kind and helpful.

Chicken sandwich was good but the biscuits?? They're awesome! The JMU box is likely a tailgaters dream. Those boberry biscuits?? Well...try one and thank me later

I'm very disappointed yesterday I went to Bojangles in Harrisonburg Virginia I ordered a family meal a piece chicken meal got home the macaroni and cheese was dry the chicken was raw I wasn't happy about that because KFC did the same thing to me so I went to Bojangles but the meat was raw the big pieces was raw I had to put in the air fryer I'm just very disappointed because I like Bojangles and I always go there and this time it was just for the price I paid it wasn't worth it macaroni and cheese I love macaroni and cheese and it was so dry that I had to put butter in it to get to get a juicy I'm just disappointed
