Bojangles - Restaurant in Hickory - 2320 Brookford Blvd, USA

The front cashier was not wearing gloves while preparing food. Not washing hands after taking money, touching lids, inside cups, and returning them back to the stack of unused stack. This store needs to take a look at the health code policy really closely. You are also not supposed to have nail polish on, and most of the women working had polish on their nails. They all just need a lesson in hygiene!

I've been here twice. Both times, my chicken tasted like it had been there for a while. And the seasoned fries were cold and there was no seasoning. The order of Bo-tato rounds was good and hot. I'm a big fan of Bojangles, and this is kinda disheartening. Especially seeing as I had no time to go back and have it remade.

I'm going to be honest. I keep going to try to support this restaurant. But if the staff and the managers don't care, what does it matter? All I want is what I ordered and payed for! You can't say the fries are fresh when all you did was put the old ones back in hot oil. Cold chicken, and hot re-cooked fries. Do not waste your time and money, because not all of them, but some of them really don't care. I went back and was hoping the manager would correct it, it was worst than the first time. Threw all of it in the trash! Never again!!

By far the worst I've ever experienced. Three different occasions we get our food home and either wasn't what we ordered or was shorted. Won't be going there again. Called to make a complaint to the manager all she could say was I didn't pack your order. Got half the the food we paid for.

Great chicken. Store is understaffed like most busy places these days. Longer then expected wait. Just need a little patience! All 8s good!

I’ve tried multiple times to go to this Bojangles. I don’t know what is wrong with their staff, but they are rude, and do not pay attention to anything. And if you go through the drive-through, they’ll ask can I take your order and then you can give your entire order and they’ll say “can you repeat that” and I’m like repeat the entire order? “Yes”. I mean come on get off your cell phone and do your job. If I owned a restaurant I would not let these sorry employee ruin everything I worked so hard for. If they’re paid $7 an hour it’s to much!

You rarely get what you actually ordered. Once, is a mistake and understandable, MULTIPLE times is literally ridiculous. Missing biscuit in a Supreme combo, missing bacon on a club style sandwich, missing sides out of your combo. Frustrating.

Food has went downhill at this location. Will not go here again. Chicken dry..boberry biscuits could have been used for hockey pucks. Dirty rice was so stuck together and nasty...terrible attitude of servers at window. If I could give zero stars I would.
