Bojangles - Restaurant in Ocala - 4828 SW College Rd, USA

A great experience for fast food. Never tried a Bojangles before and had low expectations because I don't normally like fast food. Food was surprisingly decent. The Cajun chicken biscuit sandwich was pretty good (not spicy at all though). Fries were steak cut and well seasoned. Chicken was juicy and had good flavor. Service was friendly too. Portion sizes were a more than the pictures show because I didn't take pictures until we were already digging in. Overall would recommend

Good value of food for the cost. Fries and biscuits were good. Along with the macaroni and cheese. The chicken was alright. It was heavily seasoned to the point our kids wouldn't eat it. We also had some bad cuts of meat. Nothing too bad, but some pieces we had to spit out or eat around. With that. I will say our service was amazing and they were very kind and helpful! Atmosphere was good. Just must have been an off night for the chicken 🤷‍♀️

We drove a hour from Wesley Chapel to come here. It did not disappoint us. We got there around 1845 and the two teenagers at the counter were concerned about talking more than working but everyone else was running around doing everything as fast and efficiently as they could. We had to wait an additional 5 minutes for fresh food which was no problem and happy they informed us instead of just having us stand there.There was an older lady with a grey polo shirt working while the two teenagers stood behind her and talked. She was great and very friendly and helpful, she was very customer focused and heard me even when i thought she was just working hard! Places need more employees like her. Worth the drive!

Given 1 star simply because the dark curly haired man in the orange polo was extremely rude over the intercom to my husband and myself. I can only assume this was the shift lead or manager because of the uniform. Typically we have a pleasant experience with the staff. Hopefully his attitude improves for the sake of everyone working under his leadership.

The Bojangles in Ocala was great when we recently stopped for lunch. The restaurant was clean and well kept. There was a small line which probably could have moved faster, but it wasn't too bad. We ordered and the staff was very friendly. We did not have to wait long for our first order (one to dine in and one to go). Our meal was ready in less than 5 minutes, and we saw them cooking it fresh, so yay. The food itself was excellent. It was standard Bojangles (we got breakfast biscuits even though it was lunch), but it tasted wonderful. The Bo Rounds (basically, big round hash browns) were bigger than I remember, and had a great flavor without being too greasy. The biscuits, of course, were what we came for and they did not disappoint. Light and fluffy yet flavorful and solid. Not sure how Bojangles does it, but for my money, they have the best biscuits around z hands down. We ordered a to go meal for the rest of the family, and this one took longer, even though it was less food. Not sure if the kitchen was backed up or what, but that could have been sped up. Overall, though, a great experience. Will definitely be e.

Such good flavor and the dirty rice!! I love coming here when I visit. The service is the best of any chain, fast food, I've EVER been to. Everyone is friendly and helpful and really tops off the expiernce.

Chicken was very badly overcooked and was very small than usual. Usually the chicken is much larger taste very good. It's still a good place to go to get a fast bite.

Drive thru. Car full of kids, and they were so patient with our order and being our first time getting food from here. Everything was amazing. We got bacon egg and cheese biscuits, sausage egg and cheese biscuits, and Cajun fillet biscuit, with sweet teas. It beats chick fila a, I'll tell you that glad they came to central FL.
