Drive thru order, realized they shorted me once I left and got home. Returned and asked for the rest of my order and requested another hot biscuit since mine was now cold, they gave me the rest of my order, no apologies and gave me back the same cold biscuit. Hire adults

OWNERSHIP! This has always been one of the better fast food restaurants in our area. The 1 star reviews about wait times is an OWNERSHIP issue. Allow your managers MORE flexibility and money on their payroll and schedules. I sat for 20 minutes just to place my order, then another 15 to get my food. The young man at the window apologized, stated that there was only 3 people working in the store and they were trying. Guess what, not one smiling face on anyone and who can blame them, grossly understaffed. Some food for thought for you.... When you put your customers first, you'll a always have to worry about your employees. When you put your employees first, you'll NEVER have to worry about your customers.

Had a very bad experience here. I ordered around 3:15 and was told it would be 30 minutes for curbside delivery. I arrived and waited an extra 15-20 minutes before heading inside and was told that they didn’t realize it was curbside even though it was on the receipt. I would understand a little more if the store was very busy but there was only a few people and no one in line. When I got home I realized I was missing items and was given the wrong order. Attempting to call the store was only met with a short message that said goodbye. I drove all the way back to get my order corrected and still had to remind the workers of what I ordered.

For the most part they are great. Sometimes, especially if very busy, they may miss something in your order. So check before leaving. The food is always very good.

There is a much better Bojangles at exit 49 and another one at exit 44 but don't know about that one. Do Not Stop here it will take at least 5 minutes to get food min. Probably the rudest employees I have ever encountered and they don't care cause they don't get paid squat. Food is okay if you can get it, go through drive thru because they seem to want to keep those wait times down, then come into dining area to eat IF IT'S OPEN:( Wait times inside are upwards of 10 to 15 min just to give then your order. If you think I'm exaggerating go inside and if your there for a little while, you will here folks shouting at each other to just get something done, never been somewhere where that has occurred. It is ownership for sure but why should we care...just DON'T GO HERE.

Went threw drive threw manger was great ask to add something to my order she said it be a few mins extra so she told me to pull up she brought my food said she sorry for the wait she brought my dinner . Witch i didn’t expect but thank her told her have great night . This is my 1st time to this location I’m not crazy about there chicken but want to give there pork sandwich a try it was good and out of all the Bo’s I gone to it was the best and the best service .

Was told to wait for over 20 minutes at the speaker in the drive-through before they would even take our order. Once we ordered and pulled around there was a car still waiting at the window for who knows how long. We decided to leave and go to zaxby's a block away. We were in and out with our food in less than 10 minutes there. It's a shame, because I really like the biscuits and fries that Bojangles has but I most definitely will never be back to this one.

My Father, who is a regular customer at this location, stopped in this morning for a coffee and biscuit. There were several people in front of him waiting for their food. He stood at the counter waiting to have his order taken for 15 minutes. Once the people in front of him received their food, the lady taking orders walks into the dining room to pick up trays. My Father turned around and mentioned that he had been waiting for 15 minutes to have his order taken. The lady then turned to him and hatefully said, “Well then you can wait another 10 minutes.” He proceeded to tell her he would never be back. She didn’t apologize at all. Called management and they made nothing but excuses. If they keep this up their doors will close. Rule #1 in Customer Service, the customer is ALWAYS right. Customers always come first.
