Bojangles - Restaurant in Lithia Springs - 885 Thornton Rd, USA

I visited Bojangles for the first time and I was pleasantly pleased with the taste and service. The chicken was well flavored and crispy and the fries were seasoned. TRY THE BUTTERY FLAKEY BISCUITS; they’re unBOlievable !!! What gave my review only 4 stars was the vulgar language from the employees as they discussed their personal issues and experiences aloud.

I absolutely love this location. First of all, the staff is amazing. Very polite and inviting. Honestly the staff makes this location great and they handle business so well. Every time my girlfriend and I have gone there is always a customer doing something ignorant or acting crazy in some way and they handle it and return the atmosphere to the original warmth you feel upon entering. I'm not even really a fan of fried chicken but I would return to this location just for the sides, staff, and inevitable entertainment.

This is truly said as a Truck driver I can’t get what I’m craving for because the employees in here don’t wanna open the door when it opens up at 530am everyday besides Sunday. I can’t drive my 18 wheeler In drive thru like A regular care! Store #885 Just lost my business and I will let my peers Know. Keep that same energy Manager!

Haven't been to Bojangles in a long time. I didn't know what I was missing. Service staff was very nice and helpful. Food was good. We had a very enjoyable experience. Update 8/27/23: I'm not going to change my original review but today was not like my first experience at this location. The young lady at the cash register did not seem to know what a sausage gravy biscuit was. She had a deer in the headlights look in her eyes. I ordered a sausage gravy biscuit with egg and they did not put the eggs in, so I asked for that and the egg they put on has black stuff on it. Then she put the sausage gravy biscuits on their ends in the bag so that the gravy is all at one end and starting to come out of the package. I think it was her first day. They should not have put her on that.

The family didn't eat at Bojangles's since 2015 when they left FL. This was a must stop to indulge ourselves with this crunchy and spicy fried chicken and seasoned fries. Definitely next level FLAVOR! This location is on a busy intersection with a lot of hotels and restaurants 5-10 minutes away from Six Flags. We came on a slow day, the place was clean, and the crew was very polite and friendly.

Good morning….8:23 AM. That’s what needs to be addressed at the window as customer service. I asked the pierced lip with no hair tie, to repeat the order. Order was correct as given, with attitude because her morning is elsewhere and not worried about customer service to better Bojangles. She clearly couldn’t handle the window so she walks away and we’re addressed by another employee. I get my food that I have yet to try, kinda excited because I heard it’s good! Get onto the road and it’s hair on my food…. Good morning. 😵‍💫

EVERY TIME I come here I get cold food!! Never fails. I normally go to Fulton industrial but the line was too long so I drove here and regret every bit of it. Next time I’ll sit in line. I know I’ll get fresh hot food at Fulton industrial.

went in to pick a door dash order and the employees there are slow. i had to go from the drive thru- because they told me i have to come inside. then one door was locked how you want me to come inside and have doors locked then i had to find the 1 door that was unlocked. then they hadn't even. started the door dash order because they said they only had legs. bad door dash pick up experience. could of told me all that/ give me the food at the drive-thru👎
