Pho serving size is on the larger side. Taste was good. Spring rolls were good, and peanut sauce had a good taste and texture. Will be coming back.

Another great lunch in the books! @boiling_pho_escondido was excellent! Normally I don't eat a full bowl of pho but today was the day! The eats: Fried egg rolls: Straight fire!! So nice I bought them twice! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Beef Pho: they only have one size... Large... the flavors are immaculate, the beef was super tender and the broth, well I could have drank that straight from the bowl... 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥+🔥🔥 Passion Fruit Tea with Crystal Boba: delicious...I didn't know there was clear Boba! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 The owners are super nice and the restaurant is super clean! My first time going there and honestly the best Pho I’ve had in years. My wife got lemon grass vermicelli bowl and both were 5 stars. They were busy but very polite and intentional in their service. Totally going back.

First thing, the service is always friendly and prompt. I always order Rare Steak Pho or Filet Pho, 100% of the time. The bowl is huge and broth is so good, very flavorful. The best pho I've had. The meal comes with the standard fixings of vegetables to throw into the soup. I do always ask for extra sprouts and basil. My 8 year old daughter can live off of their potstickers. My hubby really enjoys the short ribs, too. Also, the Banana Boba has become a top favorite too. The menu offerings are simple and perfect. I go at least twice a month. It is my favorite!

Got the chicken pho, beef broccoli and pot stickers. They were all amazing and hit the spot. My daughter said the beef broccoli was the best she ever had and we’re from APAC. The pho is perfect for healing and an amazing comfort dish in a delicious bowl! Definitely recommend.

Both Lucy(behind the counter/ cashier, and her husband,/ prep/ server, ar both friendly polite and very helpful and happy. We have taken our family, and relatives there and have never been disappointed. And, we leave satisfied. Thank you Lucy and Johnny! Dave and Jeanette

My daughter and I went for the first time during lunch and the reviews on Google maps & Yelp were very good. The restaurant wasn’t busy most likely because it is a weekday. The server was very nice. The restaurant is clean and food was delicious. We plan to go again.

Stopped in this shopping center to meet some family and noticed this spot while I waited. I ordered the pork Banh mi and a lychee slush. I still can't get over how beautifully marinated the pork was. I'm a huge fan of banh mi and this by far has been the most flavorful one I've tasted! The lychee slush was so good, too. For this being my first visit, it did not disappoint! The staff was very nice :)
