Literally unbelievable good. The beef tartare was the best I’ve ever had and is mouth watering good. The pastas are amazing and the caviar potato skins were so insanely yummy and so fun. Vibe is so cool too. This is our new favorite spot.

Such a hidden gem! I loved the character of this restaurant, hole in the wall, unusual, but lovely. I enjoyed seating at the bar and enjoy my food with some amazing wine. I appreciate the sommelier tasting each wine before actually serving it to ensure quality. Also the willingness of the staff to accommodate us even without reservations. Last but not least, the food quality was superb. The sizes were perfect and the food was shareable. Everything was absolutely delicious.

One of the best restaurants in Miami. A hidden gem that usually requires a reservation to dine. It’s small and a relaxed vibe. The chopped salad and the lamb ribs were my favorite. Every employee there seems happy and made sure my experience was above par. I think 4 different people checked on my party and they made sure I was happy. The chefs spoke to me and asked feedback which I thought was refreshing. Also, this establishment has earned a Michelin Star! The ingredients were hi-quality and fresh and the service was fantastic. This is a place where you can relax and have those fun and meaningful conversations. I can tell why this establishment earned that Michelin Star!

Good day my fellow foodies, Let me start off by saying that this establishment has good food. Good food that I would expect any restaurant to produce. That being said, the rest of my review is a little more critical because Boia De have been awarded a Michelin star. So please take my review with that context in mind. Given that this restaurant has a Michelin star, the service from our waitress was incredibly rude, rushed, not patient, and filled with snide remarks. It was my observation that this was an individual issue and not with the entire service staff, as I was sitting at the bar and the service from those other individuals was observed to be very good. What I take issue with is that if this is a Michelin star restaurant, the team should address this immediately because I cannot fathom that the entire service team has not observed the same behavior and not resolved it. To the food. The food was good but nothing more than I would expect from a regular restaurant. Non-memorable might be another way to describe it. The dishes were under seasoned in some cases, bland, and there were no memorable dishes. It lacked delicate subtlety, lacked explosions of flavor and sent, and didn't take me somewhere new. Why did I even mention the word "new"? Because specifically one of the team mentioned that Boia De does Italian in new and exotic way. That is not the case. I expect a lot more from a Michelin star restaurant and this restaurant just didn't do it. To be brutally honest, the fact that they have a Michelin star has lowered my view of Michelin stars in general. I understand it is not the only thing to look for, for instance, I prefer to look for up and coming chefs through the James Beard awards in some cases and just great food. But I do expect that if the establishment has a Michelin star that they live up to that expectation. For myself, I have tried and would not return again. Do not let my personal decision make the decision for you. I will finish off by saying this is a good restaurant to visit, the food is good, the service is okay, but it is in no way a Michelin star restaurant. Go and have fun and eat the world. I wish the best to the Boia De team in achieving their vision. Be well. PS the beer in my picture was unique and worth trying. It is akin to a Belgian wheat but made with grapes, finishes off rolling on the roof of your mouth.

Short version (or disclaimer): Forget comparing it to European Michelin-starred restaurants; Miami lacks enough places like this: spectacular food, attentive and knowledgeable service, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere without being overly showy. Long version: We've wanted to visit this place for a long time and were lucky enough to finally make it. We regularly checked the website for availability, and when a spot opened up, we didn't hesitate. Upon arrival, we were immediately shown to our seats. The space is small and has a relaxed vibe, with a few tables and a bar. We sat at the bar, right in front of where the dishes are prepared. If you enjoy watching the magic of cooking, I recommend requesting this spot. The service was excellent. Our server welcomed us warmly and expertly explained each menu item, tempting us to order everything but advising that three dishes per person are the ideal amount. She was spot on. We followed her recommendations and ordered a bottle of wine. Note that the cocktails are wine-based, as they don't serve liquor, and water service costs one dollar. Must-order dishes include the steak tartare, polenta sticks with eggplant, candy-shaped pasta, and foie gras tortellini. Carrot cake for dessert? There's only one reason it's on the menu: it's OUTSTANDING. Perfectly moist. And the Tiramisu is the best I've had in years.

fantastic. the service, food & environment were top notch. they listen & go above and beyond with hospitality. my personal favorites were the steak tartar, sunchoke pasta & tiramisu. (do not skip on these!!) the salad that everyone raves about is just a regular salad in my opinion. cant wait to come back & also try their sister restaurant walrus rodeo! thank you for an incredible dinner experience

Overall, a great dining experience. I have to set a reminder in mobile to book a reservation through Resy. It’s a small place with 4-5 tables and some bar seating. However, there was some outdoor seating when we dined it there. The Sour kraut cocktail was Amazing. It was at perfect temperature. The carrot cake, Crispy polenta and tagliolini are my favorites. Great service.

Lovely speakeasy vibes, felt like I was in Brooklyn! Nice splurge on great food, although I went home pretty thirsty, maybe too much salt. $1/table charged for Vero water (totally unnecessary and wasn't advised prior), and 2% healthcare charge which is stated on the menu. Would come back with girlfriends for sure!
