I took William's class and this was my second time and he asked for name that great. I really enjoyed working out here. All of the trainers are nice alone with the establishment. The hours are great. The class are more intimate and I like that at this time we are in now with covid. Beats going to the gym. Thanks Bodyteck
Fun, challenging, and energetic studio! The instructors are motivated to help and make class as fun as it can possibly be. Everyone is very kind and I look forward to coming to this studio and working out. The time goes by super quick too which is a bonus. I have been pretty consistent about going and have seen a change in my body in two weeks. People around me keep saying I lost weight and the only thing that changed is me working out at this studio. Overall, highly recommend.

1st of all it is Very clean and safe. I did a Friday morning class with Rusty John, he has great energy and give ms you motivation to keep going.
This place is the best in town to workout. The HIIT workouts are different everyday and are very challenging. This is serious calorie-burning. The place is clean, and they have awesome equipment. The staff is very friendly. The best thing is the trainers, they really know their business, they correct your form and push and motivate you throughout the whole class. The music is also great!!!! I’d recommend this studio 100%.
Me and my wife have been coming here for 2.5 years. It’s an incredible workout and environment. If you want a motivational trainer and enthusiastic environment to push yourself and get ripped come to body tek. It’s a hard workout but fun , always different, and exciting. Over the last two years we have made friends here as well. It is an up-beat and inclusive gym as well. You will not regret going, and you will not question the results.
