The gym is very clean and has a decent variety of older machines. Body tech mokena needs to hire more friendly staff. As a personal trainer myself, I understand how it can be frustrating to work in a noisy gym setting. However I find it rude that the desk staff, acts like you are close to invisible (with the exception of cathy I believe who was wonderful). Me and my friend were deadlifting another day, when we were interrupted by a rude personal trainer.

Lackluster compared to joliet and there was a personal trainer lady who inturuped me mid set when i was deadlifting with metal plates and said you cant use metal plates in a rude tone well i was mid set

The yoga room and the instructors are fabulous! The facilities are always clean as well.

Super awesome gym! I love the staff, they're always super great and funny. And the atmosphere you get is a bodybuilder gym. Hands down top 5 gyms in the state

Love this gym! Reasonably priced and it has a great atmosphere. There's a good amount of classes included in the membership like spinning, weights, kickboxing, and cross fit (to name a few). My son loves the child care center, he's made a lot of friends there, and it's always the same people working. The owner is very nice and he's approachable if you have any problems. I did have an issue once and he quickly resolved it. Lastly, if you have blue cross blue shield insurance, this gym is apart of that.

Just join. It’s the best gym. The hot yoga room is the best around (and smells good unlike those carpeted hot yoga studios). They give you little towels, but bring a towel for your mat because you’ll sweat out those toxins ha. The classes are great; I love the spin, dance fitness and weight ones so much, and my kids love the kids’ room! My littles beg to go “work out” with me.

I join Body Tech in 2003. At the time, I ran a fitness center in another city, but wanted a place to do my own workouts. I was continually amazed at the cleanliness of Body Tech and that any equipment that needed repairs was quickly fixed (unlike the gym that I ran that had “out of order signs” for days or weeks).18 months later, I loved Body Tech so much, I joined their team as a personal trainer. It’s uncommon in my industry to stay at one gym long term or work solely at one facility, but that’s my story. I’ve never left Body Tech or worked anywhere else- for 14 1/2 years!The family atmosphere, amazing facility and programming, friendly and encouraging staff makes BodyTech hands down the best place for me to work and workout. I love this place!!!
