I’ve been going to the gym for about 3 years and I would not change a thing. Julia is amazing and all of us are family. If you haven’t tried her one free class, I challenge you…. Because when you do, you won’t ever leave…. Trust me! Body concept by Julia is the greatest gym EVER!!!
Words can not express how thankful I am for Julia’s personal training. Her approach is tailored to your needs and in 2 short months I (and everyone else) sees a difference in my muscle growth / definition. I have been with trainers for over 15 years and none have come close to what she has achieved in such a short amount of time. Julia is worth the investment. It’s also worth noting - aside her devotion to her craft she is an amazing human being and wonderful to work with💕!

Julia is the owner. She is an excellent trainer and she has awesome classes. I love XCO Latin workout on Monday and Fridays. And her step classes are so so good.
