This hotel and the staff are wonderful! This was the perfect place for us so we could get up each day and head to a different beach. The sunset view is marvelous. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed on the first floor and the room had a sliding glass door to get fresh air as well. Will definitely stay here again! The staff sent us a check in text that our room was ready, I replied that we were stopping at the beach and would have a delayed check in. They said no problem and to enjoy ourselves at the beach. Very personable!

Great place to stay! Super friendly and accommodating staff! It’s located at the beginning of the golf cart/bike trail, so after you book your room, make a golf cart reservation. It’s the best way to get around the island.

Wonderful place to stay! The bedrooms are excellent! Town is about a short Gulf Cart ride away from the spot! This location is a hidden gem!We enjoyed every aspect of our trip. I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay because the manager was very lovely and accommodating and the staff was so wonderful.

We stayed here on our wedding day. Room was beautiful and spotless, bed was comfortable and Staff was awesome which made our wedding special. We didn’t have a photographer and the general manager was so kind to take time out of her day and do our photos for us. Thank you so much for helping make our day special!

This hotel is affordable, clean, and the location is great. It is a smaller hotel, which is nice. We had a room on the first floor. Our room was quite nice and the whole hotel gave you small town beach vibes. I’d definitely stay here again, thank you for a great stay!

I am giving this hotel 3/5 stars (rounding up) based on recent experience. 1) Rooms: Room was great and had everything we could need for our stay. It was spacious, yet nothing overly special. I would recommend staying away from the pool area. We were a room nearby and could constantly hear doors opening and closing along with a family with kids and a dog above us. Talk about a natural alarm in the morning. Our WiFi was non-existent for a few days and pretty patchy overall. Moreover, we had a smoke detector go off and had to move the entire bed just to reach it to unattach/reset it. 2) Service: greeted at check in. Room service knocked on our door at 9:15 AM and asked them to come back. They never did. In addition, no resolution to WiFi, fire alarm, etc., previously mentioned. 3) Location: This is Boca Grande. You can't go wrong. Kappy's near by is nice too.

This place is still under construction as previous posters have said. But, there are quiet hours. The rooms do vary room to room. The adjoining rooms are not noise proof- I could hear everything happening in my neighbors room. But the room was clean and the pool was right there. It's a fine hotel for off-season, even if it's a bit pricey. I'd stay again for sure.

Nice people at the front desk. It's worth a stay here if you are visiting Gasparilla, I think they have a sister location further South, the Palmetto Inn, which is closer to the downtown. Boca Grande is not very fancy, but the location is convenient and the rooms were nice.
