Boba Tea & Treats - Bubble tea store in Addison - 4135 Belt Line Rd, USA

We've visited the plaza a few times when we stop to check out the Anime store and haven't been able to make it in until today! The Brown Bear Fresh Milk (subbed with almond milk)...SO DELICIOUS!! You can sub your milk with Almond milk or Coconut milk! Already made a list of ones to try and this place will be a regular stop everytime we visit!!

Very average spot. Prices are fair. The drinks were ok. I got the purple taro and my partner got the brown sugar drink and they both just tasted like milk. With so many other options nearby, I don’t think this place stood out enough to come back.

The boba drinks are fairly inexpensive. The “normal” sugar level was a bit too sweet for my taste. I like how the menu was colorful and showed exactly what you are ordering. The interior was pretty and nicely decorated. It is a bit odd that they share their building space with a restaurant.

Im pretty disappointed that I have to make this kind of review, since I rearly review places. I've been here more then once and have enjoyed majority of their drinks, but after today I am unsure if I wish to return to this location ever again. My husband and I ordered two drinks from this place, mind you we were the only ones there. When we walked in, the lady behind the cash register did not say anything and seemed unfriendly when placing our order. (There were also 2 extra people behind the counter) I did not get very good vibes from this place. Once arriving home, I took a sip of my drink and noticed my drink tasted grainy which was the tea residue that sits at the bottom of the Thai tea after being brewed. Just proves how unprofessional the ladies at this place were, since we saw them laughing as we were leaving the parking lot. I hope these people do better at their job when representing someone else's business and I hope others have a better experience then we did. Taro boba tea was good and prepared quickly, but I didn’t like how the checkout machine automatically adds a 18% tip to the total which makes you feel like a bad guy for taking the tip percentage off. I don’t mind it asking if I would like to add a tip but to automatically add it to the total is annoying and awkward.

I have never had Boba tea until moving to Texas, they just do not have these types of shops back home which Kansas City. I absolutely love the strawberry cheesecake flavor. Have to get it once a week☺️

The teas and bobas here are served quickly, full of flavor, and reasonably priced. This is my go to boba shop and I just absolutely love this place. The only thing I think could be nicer is the dining area but nevermind that, the bobas are the best around.

The girl at the front was really polite and attended us well. The prices were reasonable and the boba was very good! Will come again if I’m ever in the area. 😊
