I don't live nearby so I had Googled this place along my route home one day and I am glad to have stopped in. I ordered the Jasmine milk tea with boba (size large shown) and it was perfect. The service was fast and friendly. The inside was neat and clean. Too bad I wasn't hungry because they had a pretty decent snack selection of treats (although it would have been nice had they offered savory snacks, like musubi, as well).

The spicy mango slush was refreshing & hit the spot after a hike in hacienda hills. Brown sugar milk tea with boba was sweet and tasty, but the flavor had less depth than other spots I’ve tried. My friend enjoyed the giant, warm chocolate chip cookie! Worth the stop: good service and reasonable prices.
I know the owner daughter and my friends work here. They are nice people. I order different drinks and so far I like all of them. I love the popping pearls in my drinks, it make it fun to drink. The service is great and it a nice place to chill with my friends.
Can’t go wrong with an Original Milk Tea with Pudding 😋

Iced Vietnamese coffee is made on the spot and the result is obvious. The Thai tea is on point as well. Overall a very happy customer.

My wife and I stopped only for lunch so no fair score on atmosphere. The tacos were delicious and tap beer fairly cold. The service was top notch. We're planning on checking it out for dinner some day.
Great location! I try to avoid the walk in locations. The walkin locations tend to make more mistakes and for some reason the food is not as in point. I think it has to do with space. This location is so small I think the staff has nothing to do but

I picked up lunch for the company and everything was delicious. Potato salad and rice and the chicken are all so yummy. I also recommend the chicken tacos.
