We purchased this couch a little over 3 years ago and purchased the goof proof plan so we'd have 5 years of additional coverage on top of the yr provided. Last week I went to sit in my recliner (I weigh 130 lbs) and without putting it in recline the top half reclined. I called to see if maybe they could replace the top part since it clips off, however I was told it's not covered. Very disappointed since I payed extra for a protection plan that isn't covering warped wood by simply giving me a new piece to snap onto the rest of the perfectly fine couch. Now having to buy an entirely new couch when this one should have lasted ALLOT longer. *since I can't respond to the response posted below. The wood is warped, I did reach out to customer service who asked for pictures and everything and they denied my claim* so although this should be covered its not. Aside from the face that I had items stolen from my house, my experience with Bob’s has been truly disappointing and upsetting. On top of the poor delivery experience, I paid for the “White Glove” service, and it was not that at all. My home was left a mess — styrofoam everywhere, and poorly assembled furniture; literally missing door handles on the furniture, the sliding drawers off the tracks, and warped wood due to poor assembly. If I hadn’t been dealing with Loss Prevention, Holyoke PD, and Springfield PD, I would’ve had the furniture picked up and returned that Thursday morning. I’m being given the hardest time to try and conduct and refund and return, and STRONGLY DISCOURAGE EVERYONE from doing business with them again.

I had A great experience With Sandy she was very knowledgeable and an excellent sales person. She may buy my mattress at Bob's of their easy and stress-free experience I just wish that I could get my mattress delivered a little sooner. I was hoping at the beginning of next week which would be this coming Monday but it is what it is.

We were greeted by a salesperson as soon as we walked onto the floor. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He gave us a tour of what we were looking for and then left us to explore without any pressure letting us know he was near if we had questions or wanted to move forward with a purchase. We wanted to move forward with the purchase and he walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. To make sure all was accurate he had his manager review the purchase and details and was also quite thorough and professional. It was a great experience which is why we came back to Bob's since we had furniture there before and had a similar experience.

Lots of quality options at great prices. All products we looked at were in stock.Sales person, Jose, was wonderful! Patient, knowledgeable and professional. We also had positive experiences with Veronika and Vance. However, the men who loaded the furniture into my car were rude and the situation made me uncomfortable. I would not recommend picking up furniture alone.

We love the Discount Center/Outlet downstairs at West Springfield location. Our sales associate Vance provided us exceptional service as always. He went above and beyond as we weren’t sure about the warranty/product return policy for a discontinued new mattress we found downstairs. He went with us upstairs and talked to another associate on our behalf discussing our concerns. He never pressures us and is always friendly and professional with us. Sales people are present but don't pressure you. Questions were answered politely and completely. Reasonable pricing and we were able to bring our dog with us.

I’ve been a customer of Bob’s for a few years now and of course I love the great prices! The customer service end of the deal hasn’t always been the greatest- however, the associate who helped us yesterday was absolutely 1 in a million! She approached us when she saw us near a futon, asked us if we needed help, we confirmed that we wanted to buy the futon and she immediately took initiative to guide us through the process of how to reserve it, how the delivery will look, and everything seemed so effortless and seamless with a smile on her face the entire time! This associate is an absolute gem and makes feel valued as a customer!
