Bob Evans - Family restaurant in Austintown - 1100 N Canfield Niles Rd, USA

I had breakfast and dinner on Thanksgiving day at this location. The food was great and the service was excellent. Thanks to all of you that make being away from home a mor enjoyable experience.

Love this restaurant chain, the food I would say is comfort food, American food, perfectly balanced flavors, the restaurant is cozy, the service is always great

The waiter was really great, even though it seemed like he had a lot of tables to take care of. The coffee was cold, and he made a fresh pot. My food was lukewarm when it came out, but it still tasted good. It’s hard to tell from the picture, but the rolls were super flat like there was something missing before they were cooked. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience, but it also wasn’t one that would make me want to come back any time soon.

I ordered the hamburger steak dinner and it was very tasty. Came out relatively quickly and a great price. I wasn't as impressed with the staff as they almost all gathered in a group behind the counter chatting loudly and swearing several times. It wasn't very busy so they probably took their chance to decompress a bit. Could have done without the swearing though.

The food is ok. I would say their breakfast is better than most for the dinner food. Food is very bland but expected. The waiters are very nice and helpful the place he clean and quiet. The best part was the ice cream and brownie sundae!!! It taste absolutely amazing!! The cake is soft and so moist is just melts in your mouth right along with the ice cream. I promise you will no be disappointed.

Rude and incompetent. Don't go here. Couldn't take a to-go order and of course they screwed it up so I had to go back. No sorry. No upgrade. Just "hear you go" after making me wait even longer. They even gave me an attitude when we just asked for jelly for the bisquits which they also failed to include the first time. Manager saw the whole thing and hide in the back while the workers hd to fix everything...fire him and get someone I there that knows how to run a restaurant.

It was FREEZING inside!! My husband and I both had coats on and were still very cold. We ate as fast as we could just so we could leave. My eggs (over easy) were overcooked. My hashbrowns were undercooked. My pancakes were undercooked. (Tasted like pancake batter in the center.) I never write reviews but I feel this is worth mentioning so maybe it will get resolved. (Turn your air conditioning off/up when it's 62° outside!) I will say our waitress was nice and service was good.

2nd Bob Evans in 2 days. This one as good as the Michigan location. We will continue visiting Bob Evans every day if we are lucky enough. Great food, prices, people, atmosphere.
