Bob Evans - Family restaurant in Defiance - 1835 N Clinton St, USA

We had an amazing experience at Bob Evans! Even though it was a Sunday and there was a wait, it was well worth it. The food and service were exceptional, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We left feeling satisfied and happy. Highly recommend! The best was the 3 meets omelette.... Delicious

Never seem to have a host or cashier when trying to be seated or pay. The French toast with caramel and apples was pretty good. I had a sausage patty that a semi dark pink in the center, which was a little concerning. I had difficulty getting refills on coffee or to go box because of waiters that disappear and rarely check on you. Overall, they are friendly and helpful when present.

Food was cold. Talked to the waitress. She offered to warm up dish. I didn't want warmed up leftovers. She did not charge us for that dish. No manager got involved. I wasn't looking for a free meal. Just some customer service. I won't be back.

Our family of three were sat quickly, but we waited 20 minutes and not once did anyone come to offer us a drink or to say they weren't our waitress and they would get someone to serve us. The one waitress serving the other two tables walked by us 10 times and never even acknowledged we were there. This is the worst service I have ever had here and I definitely won't be returning anytime soon. I prefer to drive to the one either in Adrian Mi or Spring Meadows shopping center.

Server was fair to good. There were a couple errors & no drink refills but nothing big Food again was fair to good over all. Sausage links didn't taste good at all! & pancakes were just fair. The rest was good! The booths are not so roomy or comfortable

One of the worst locations I've ever been to. Incapable of producing quality food. (Dry overcooked burger, undercooked hashbrowns, over easy egg broke while they were cooking it so no yolk for the burger) Customer service is a joke. Already logged a complaint to corporate. Will not return to this location.

Toast on the BLT was too dark(burned). Server Dave got us another one. Good server. Good food. Recommend the steak burger 🍔.

Had a lovely dinner with my wife. The waitress was pleasant, the place a clean. My wife's dinner (turkey with stuffing, green beans and potatoes) was great! She loved it and I had a few bites, it was delicious. I got the surf and turf. It was okay. The meat was black on one side, but still tasted good. The home fries were a little under done and crunchy and the Mac and cheese was Luke warm.The rolls we're absolutely splendid, warm and soft, they melted in your mouth practically. All in all a good Thursday night.
