Bob Evans - Family restaurant in Westminster - 206 Malcolm Dr, USA

I went to Bob Evans in Westminster for the first time for breakfast. Here is the good, the bad and the summary. The Good I ordered the southwest omelet and it was absolutely fresh, delicious and hot. All of the side items were as well. We got there around 9:00am on Saturday and the place was packed but the service was spectacular, our waitress was on her game. She even offered us to-go cups of our drinks, something no establishment has ever done for us. The Bad The food and service were very good but unfortunately the bathrooms were a mess and had not been cleaned that morning or the night before. We are seeing that this is a common issue at restaurants these days. Summary I would have given them an overall 5 star rating if the bathroom was clean but that was not the case so I gave them 4 stars. This will not prevent us from going back because that's an easy fix. I think we found our new Saturday breakfast joint. Give them a try.

I've been coming to bob Evans for breakfast for years. It's my go-to breakfast spot whenever I'm in town. Most of the servers are very friendly and welcoming, the place is always neat and clean, and the menu has a wide variety of options at great price points. My only gripe with the food is that I always order eggs over medium or over hard and they are very runny every time. I also wish they would stock a coffee creamer that doesn't have milk since I'm lactose intolerant. I still keep coming back, though!

Asked before we left if there was butter for our pancakes. We were told without hesitation that there was butter in our bag. Got home and there was NO BUTTER. As well as no sausage gravy for a main meal that we ordered. This place used to be good but the current management is running it into the ground. I would NOT recommend coming to this establishment.

First time here in a long time and the food was DELICIOUS. their orange juice at this location actually tastes fresh, not like the concentrate you find at other places for breakfast. Even with 6 people on a Sunday morning, we had everything done in a timely manner and I'm quite pleased with our outcome from this outing. After coming here at different points of my life, I'll still be back at some point. Thanks for always being there

Thanksgiving only turkey meals? Why couldn't you offer a limited menu? Our kids didn't want that...we had to go to Denny's instead...and staff was rude, slow and extremely nonchalant about everything, like we were imposing on them...

The food here is always good! I have never had a problem with my order! I would say they could find a better hostess! Ours didn’t greet us mumbled making it difficult to understand her.

I'd go five stars, but it was busy that day, and the food was a little hurried. The manager made it right.. still highly recommended, great place for years, and the best coleslaw in the world 🌎 👍

Hate to pan the place but, I had the Cheddar Potato soup that was barely Luke warm, and onion rings that were tepid at best. Both were cold before I got thru a little more than half. Our server was pleasant and handled our nine with only minor delays, probably caused by the kitchen staff.
